Great picture and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quick streaming buttons. I wish you could customize them. Unfortunately the voice recognition does not work. Tried a different remote, still does not work. Must be some sort of software issue. Wish I could link it with the rest of my Google products, but ultimately doesn't ruin the overall experience

Great dark colors, but low brightness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly used this tv for gaming.i loved the low latency of this TV, also the picture is amazing in low light situations. The only problem is with the glare in a room with alot of windows. The peak brightness is low, which makes hdr content lack luster.
Good value.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it because it was one of the only TVs that supported the MLB.tv app. Works fine. The smart features are a bit slow and I was very disappointed when I noticed there was “sponsored” content (aka ads) included that you can't turn off. It would be a fantastic TV if not for the sponsored content. Thinking about returning it.
Great TV for great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my crystal UHD TV mostly for streaming movies and music videos. Great buy ever. I am a first-time TV buyer and so far I have been enjoying my new Crystal UHD TV. Must recommend TV for budget buyers.
Exceeds Expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time buying a Samsung TV and so far I have not been disappointed. The picture quality is great for casual use in the living room. It has many helpful and interesting features like Samsung TV channels and self-service. What amazed me when first setting up this TV was how easy it was to get help. I had some troubleshooting in the beginning but I placed a report on the help inquiry portal and within less than a minute I got a call from a helpful and reliable person. Overall, my first impressions are great and I recommend it to other people who are looking for a smart TV that has everything you could need.
Great picture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is used for streaming with various services. The apps all work well and load quickly. The Samsung TV Plus is also a great option for free tv. The picture is outstanding even with older shows and movies. Of course new stuff is even better. Loving it so far!!
Dont buy
extremely laggy, also the remote feels super cheap and outdated. dont know why everytime i press a button on the remote it takes 2-5 seconds for the tv to respond. picture is 5/10 only because blacks are not deep whatsoever so it just ruins the whole look of the picture. would not recommend buying.
Isaac24: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are seeing some lag when you use your remote. Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Regarding the darkness of your picture, Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Good for the value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4K video quality seems lower than I would have expected, but I guess it's related to the cost. Sometimes the video quality looks great, but sometimes the iPad or my 4 year old computer looks more detailed than the TV.
Hi Qualitynotperfect, We appreciate your review of the TU7000 TV's video quality. I have a few tips which may improve your experience. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, if the picture you’re seeing is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. Finally, if you are using an external device; below are some tips to help improve picture clarity: 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD. Should you ever have questions or need help with TV features, specs, or operations, we are here to help. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. LiveChat with an agent, as well as manuals, software, and warranty info, can be found at the ‘Support’ link on our Samsung website. ~ Samsung Advisor
The Smartest And Easiest Tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is the easiest and most user friendly that I have ever owned. This TV was even easy for my mom who's not so "tech savvy " to figure out on her own. Don't tell her that though I'd get in big trouble if she heard that lol. The ability to play my photos on screen and all of my digital media makes it that much cooler not to mention the picture itself is clear and so vibrant. Gaming is easily hooked up and the remote control is self explained with everything clearly displayed. All around awesome! It recognizes my Amazon Alexa and my Google home. It rocks!
Really great mid-range TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to upgrade my TV, and did consider shelling out for one of the top-of-the-line ones, but ultimately settled on this one, and honestly I couldn't be happier with it. The picture just looks incredible, especially with 4k content. There really isn't much more to say otherwise, it's just a really great TV, especially if you are looking for one that won't completely break the bank. The one gripe I have with it, and the reason I take away one star, is the Samsung Smart interface. The stock smart TV interface is just clunky, ugly, and bad. It's not intuitive or user-friendly. In addition to this, if you are just using the interface that comes with the TV to access your apps, the TV will not let you zoom in at all. This may not be a big deal for some, but I'm one who really does not like those really wide aspect ratios where there are giant black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. The only way the TV will let you zoom in is if you are using another external streaming device. For that reason, I had to shell out extra money on a Roku device, which has a much better interface and will let me zoom in when I want to. So in short, it's a really great TV, with a couple (somewhat) minor flaws. Stunning picture quality, what else can you want out of a TV?
