[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I and my family use the TV for everything, streaming , game play, web surfing, playing videos, music, playing games, watching movies, I mean everything. I had wanted a Samsung when a friend and my mother-in-law showed me theirs and I finally bought one and now I hope to purchase 3 more. I LOVE Samsung products. I am on the 4th tablet I have owned and researching a new one, also researching the smart phones. I the amount of space they have and the capabilities is why I love the products.

honestly i dont know what to think. when i bought this tv i though it waa going to be a big upgrade to my 15 year old tv. when i first took it out the box i noticed something was wrong. images looked a little pixelated. but it fixed it self in a few weeks. now the only problem i have is the colors and its so annoying. i currently have natrual mode and its ok if it were to be brighter i would love it. but its so dim than the other options. it makes almost every scene dark. ive tried to contact samsung and they dont help me at all. my older tv has better colors than this. i dont even want to watch stuff on my tv at this point because im not getting the good quality. not sure if its just this model or what. and yes i have tried changing settings!

Now we have 2 Samsung's and looking forward to our next which will hopefully be a 65 inch. Thanks for everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to Smart TV to me Samsung has always been an Industry leader.This 2020 UHD 65 inch UHD is no different.Loaded with many features and Samsungs own TV channels included with so many other apps.You will be hard pressed not to find something for everyone to watch.Plus the Samsung Quality is definitely there

i really want to love my new tv, but i am dissappointed. my tv keeps dropping its internet/wifi connection. i read the forums and searched this problem and it seems that i'm not the only person having this issue. based on other users experience and for mine as well, you have to unplug the tv every time it does that and then it reconnects again. which is a huge inconvenience. i did contact my internet provider and got a faster speed internet. but last night it disconnected from the wifi again. no bad weather or issues on my end. it's the tv. other than that...i do like the tv. it also changes the channels a bit slow, but i can deal with that.

It has a beautiful picture and its easy to upload applications and access livestream. The tv is pretty lightweight and easy to mount on the wall. You won't go wrong with this purchase.

Not only was this TV cost efficient for a VERY high quality product, but 43” was the perfect size for the credenza i bought. This TV has AMAZING graphics AND can mirror your phone & computer. Perhaps one of the most handy features on the TV is the buttons on the remote for amazon prime and Netflix. Lastly, my favorite aspect of Samsung Smart TV's in general is how you can download the Smart Things app and use your phone as a remote for the tv!
