Amazing Picture!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television!!! The picture is so clear and the hi def is incredible!!! Even old movies look 100% better on this unit. 58" just happened to be the perfect size for my space. If I had more room I would have gone with the same set in a larger screen size. You won't regret buying one of these television sets. The streaming built in is great too. Don't need hulu or netflix among other streaming services external devices.
Disappointed
One of the reasons I bought this was because it is compatible with Alexa. I'm very disappointed that after maybe hundreds of tries, I haven't been able to connect it to Alexa. Been writing back and forth with support and they just keep giving me directions on how to connect Smarthings to Alexa. If you're going to advertise that your TV does something, then make sure it does, or make sure your support knows how to get it to do what it's supposed to

An exceptional Tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is in my living and when people come over it's the first thing they see. Because it's so large they are constantly commenting on how clear the picture is and how nice the tv is. I have Samsung televisions in almost every room. I'm obsessed with how amazing the picture quality is and the smart hub is so accessible. My younger children are able to easily maneuver the smart hub and access their desired apps. Definitely recommend Samsung over any other television brand. I just need 2 more tvs to fulfill my family's needs lol. One in the basement for my kids gaming would be awesome.
Not Like my old Samsung!
i purchased this model because of good experience with an older samsung tv. however, i am very disappointed with the poor picture quality on this new tv. the picture is way too bright and looks blurry all the time. i have spent hours trying all available picture quality settings and am still unhappy. i am using charter hd digital cable as an input (was great on my old tv) so i know i have a good quality input. i also had a lot of trouble getting the sound to sync correctly, it was like watching an old godzilla move! i would not recommend this tv for living room viewing, it would be ok for a large bar or restaurant.

I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture, and you are having issues getting your sound to sync. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings. Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. If your picture seems too bright, you may want to try the NATURAL picture mode which is designed to reduce eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings If you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. I love the picture quality of tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture quality, it's big screen. I love the sound. Good thing it has all apps. And now samsung is providing free samsung plus tv which provides user various movies, shows, news, sports to watch. Giving all variety of content. The only issue I am facing right now is with 5g connectivity. Recently I had 5G AT&T network , sometimes TV don't connect it, I have to reboot it by pressing power button of remote. After that it connects successfully. Overall I am very happy with the TV. I love it. I am using samsung product in all my life, I have trust in samsung. I have samsung 4k tv then I have UhD, I have samsung sound bar. Even all my mobiles are and were samsung only. I have initially samsung flip phone, samsung galaxy s6, galaxy 9, note 10 plus. Now my wife and me having samsung A700 and note 20 ultra plus. Overall I have trust it and love samung products.

pleased with the tv, 75 is a big step up from the 55. color settings dynamic, standard, movie etc. take some time to determine a favorite. the smart option provides fairly easy transition to prime, netflix, etc. the controller is a bit slow but i am adapting. an excellent viewing experience at a reasonable price.
A great TV for the price, with only a few nitpicks
i really enjoy this tv. im an avid gamer and have only had a few grievances. for example, the tv comes with an automatic “game mode,” when it detects a game being played. switching to this game mode adjusts certain settings to make games look better, and generally speaking it does, but on occation when switching to game mode the screen will begin flickering. the only way to stop the flickering is to manually navigate the settings and turn game mode off and on again until the flickering stops. this doesn't happen all of the time, but often enough
Great tv ...But
this tv is great as far as what im able to view ..graphics and things like that but the tv itself at tikes can just be irritating. i noticed if im gone for too long it will unconnect from the wifi and i have to unplug the tv for it to connect again and i know its not my wifi. its getting to the point where every single time i come home i have to unplug to tv and plug it back in for it to work and im over it , its only been three months that ive had it . ive also noticed the picture is a but grainy at times when i turn it on and so again i have to fo and unplug the tv for a clear picture. my tv is only a couple steps away but for the money my boyfriend paid for this tv we expect it to work properly.

You may want to go through these steps to check your connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. Samsung 55" 4K crystal tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this TV is not having to plug anything else into it for streaming (i.e. apple tv, fire stick, etc). Apps are accessible via the home menu, and I don't think I have run into having any apps unavailable yet. I took a star off because it doesn't allow me to configure my "most used" apps to be at the start of the app list and I have to scroll around a lot to get to the things I use frequently. Great picture / resolution so far and haven't had any issues.
