Beautiful picture, Great sound, Fun features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV for many reasons. The size makes me feel like I'm at the movies - super immersive. It even does well in a sunny room without much of the typical glare thanks to the bright picture. The sound is loud and full, even with bass, something that other TVs this thin generally fail to deliver. The settings menu and apps are easy to navigate and use with the lightweight, minimal remote. The remote even controls my Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max via HDMI-CEC - super convenient. The overall design is modern with a tiny bezel so it almost seems like a high-quality picture just hovering in the air with my multi-axis wall mount, which was easy to install given its relatively small weight - if not for the awesome size, one person could easily lift it. While prices vary by region and retailer, I found it to be very affordable given all of its specs and features, not only compared to other brands in its class, but also compared to other Samsung models. I have other TVs in my home and office with similar specs from LG and Sony, but this Samsung is easily the best of them all. I highly recommend it for its great picture, wonderful sound, simple remote, overall design, and excellent overall experience. It is definitely best-in-class.

Great product

We especiallly love watching some of the older movies on it as many things are now picked up on the larger screen. The TV has worked well with different devices for streaming also and makes even we low-tech folks seem like knowledgeable users!

Dont buy

extremely laggy, also the remote feels super cheap and outdated. dont know why everytime i press a button on the remote it takes 2-5 seconds for the tv to respond. picture is 5/10 only because blacks are not deep whatsoever so it just ruins the whole look of the picture. would not recommend buying.

Isaac24: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are seeing some lag when you use your remote. Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Regarding the darkness of your picture, Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. This product is the best

The sound and picture are more than amazing . I don't know why I haven't ever thought of a Samsung smart tv before. But I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Love my samsung, no regrets

lemon

broke after 1 month. tv turns on and off by itself, apps are very buggy and stop working mid show. technician is coming in a few days and i'm hoping it will be fixed or replaced. i have a 32 inch samsung bought in 2020 and it works great, so very bummed this 50 inch is such a lemon.

Great rob to own

Picture quality is great, brightness sensor, voice control has no issues. Great value for the price. One remote does everything you need. Easy to set up. Not bulky. Looks great in my room.

My TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the viewing experience on my Samsung TV. One major thing I appreciate are the viewing angles. The color does not change drastically when I view it at different angles. There are times where I'm viewing the tv on the right side of the tv and the colors barely change. The various modes are also an added plus. I play video games and the game mode on the tv works well. Overall, I'm very pleased with this TV and feel satisfied of my purchase
