Great TV, definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is great. Pictures are clear as day, the volume is nice and loud if you need it to be. It's big but not heavy. The only thing that's not my favorite is the remote it has to much button now and days things are simple less buttons. This remote reminds me of when tv only had basic cable with all these buttons. And they close together in my opinion. I hope they create another simpler remote for this tv. Other than that minor thing, this product is amazing. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a tv. It's worth it.

Beautiful image buggy software

Nice color tone, not complicated at all to set up

And when I finally got it delivered, setting up is even better. My husband is a big television fan, so, when I found this tv, she was exited. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience.

Great for Casual Viewing

My younger children are able to navigate to their favorite streaming services very easily, so I particularly enjoy the user-friendliness of it as well.

Great features at a reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for streaming and movies! Size is great fro our living room. Even though it is not top of the line, we have found no issues with the performance as we do not regularly watch 4k content. Audio is also decent even without a sound bar. It would be great if connectons panel was on the botom or on the side. Device is heavy and once attached to the wall, you no longer have access for new or temporary connections.

The pros and the cons!

beautiful tv; beautiful picture after much tweaking & updating; blurry at first but the update(s) should have remedied that. tv speaker is sub-par; i have a soundbar now which makes a big difference. cons: i do not like the interface; the apps are all over the place; very disorganized and cluttered. don't like the remote control! it's tedious to navigate. updating: there is an automatic update feature in your settings, but i went into samsung's web site to check for a possible download which there was, & you must save it to a "flash drive". make sure to unzip the files then insert it into your tv's usb port to load. though i am quite capable of doing this, not everyone is. it is an inconvenience. still it is a quality tv for the price and samsung is one of the best.

Beautiful crystal picture smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love family movie night now, the picture is so clear and amazing in 65" The sound is also amazing no need for sound bar. Love the free samsung TV we get lots of stuff to watch free. Love the dim feature it has the picture dims according to the light in the room so when we fall asleep in front of the tv it dims so it won't hurt our eyes. And so many more features just love this TV

Picture is decent but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first month I had the tv everything was sluggish and slow and I tried finding updates repeatedly and powering off/unplugging etc but nothing seemed to fix the slowness, I'm talking 2 seconds to respond to a button push, I use a pc so once its set its not a massive issue but the other issue i had was every time I switched inputs the tv powered off. Then miraculously after a month or so one day I accidently unplugged it while the tv was on and those issues disappeared. I'd unplugged it while it was off/asleep at least a dozen times trying to fix this so if anyone else has the same issue keep trying to unplug it while on lol

Great picture. Good sound. Lots of apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV to replace a 32” Samsung (nothing wrong with it, just wanted to go a bit bigger) in my bedroom. Really impressed with the picture and sound that comes from the TV speakers. Love the amount of apps Samsung has on their TVs compared to some other brands. We have a different brand TV in another bedroom that still needs to use a Fire Stick because it comes with so few apps. The only negative I would say about this TV is it looks like there's a plastic film on the screen that needs to be removed when you're setting it up. (There is a sticky film on the bezel you have to take off.) I had to google it to see and saw a few horror stories and even a video of someone who totally ruined the screen because it's something you do NOT remove! This needs to be put as a warning on the paperwork to not remove it!
