[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product for my home office and was immediately surprised and impressed with the quality of the video upon turning on the unit for the first time. While I have had it over a month, I am still frequently surprised and impressed with the video quality each and every time I turn the unit on (and this was by no means my first Samsung TV purchase, as I have only purchased their TVs for the last decade and while I have always been impressed, this goes beyond the usual. It seems almost as good as the QLED). I was extremely pleased to see how many features were contained in this television, especially with regards to the number of apps it has on its platform. I'm actually about to get a second larger unit for my workout room and would highly recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, hubby surprised me with this 58 inch crystal UHD Samsung TV and I was amazed by the trouble-free set-up and the clarity of the picture! Yes, it does live up to it's name of “crystal” clear! The unboxing was relatively easy to do, had to set the frame up first, then attach the TV to the brackets and that was it. Next up was to connect it to the wi-if and voila - 58 inches of eyegasmic pleasure! The remote was easy to use, and adding the apps on screen was effortless. I loved that Amazon prime video and Netflix had their separate buttons on the remote. Happy wife, happy life!

I've owned this TV for around a year, and it has been decent. I had to have the unit repaired as it randomly turned off since I got it while in use, the screen would fade to black and sound would cease for moments up to several seconds. The picture also was locked out of 10 point color settings like the review units had, and only allowed me to use 2 point settings to correct the jarring redness. My biggest complaint is the fact that it has one button. Any manufacturer using a single button has nothing but contempt for their consumers, and it certainly reminds me that Samsung views me buying this cheap TV as a peasant not deserving of a simple joystick (an AMAZING navigation feature on my S series Samsung monitor I've had for years and years with only a single dead pixel.) or *gasp* 4-5 buttons on the actual tv. Had to facilitate the repair of a 65 inch version as well, so I'd give it at least 3 stars, as they did have a great warranty, which is why I still recommend this TV over other brands, as Samsung will at least make it right for sure.

My husband does use it for gaming and he says there have been no lags in picture with it so I highly recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV about 2 weeks now, and I absolutely love it. It was delivered and I installed and set up myself. I found the set up very easy. I was relieved. The TV is really beautiful looking and very sleek. So back to set up, it's easy and the TV walks you thru everything. The picture quality is terrific, way better than my other TV. I would highly recommend the Samsung to anyone. The Samsung products I have used have always been great. I have no complaints at all. Great value and quality. The sound quality is really good on this TV, I love watching you tube videos, and music shows on Netflix. It all sounds really good. I watch a lot of Marvel movies on Disney and it a really good picture/sound quality.

I never have any problems, all my friends and family love it. Definitely got great feed back, and i dont think I'll ever get any other brand then this one.

the picture is great. that's about it. the remote control is poorly designed, so pressing the wrong button is common. example: you mean to press left and you end up pressing the samsung live tv button. the interface for choosing streaming channels is abysmal and makes me wish i bought a roku tv that has a far better ui. i got one of these tvs for myself and one for my mother, and as an elderly person, she literally cannot operate the tv to access hbo, hulu, etc. the menus are just too confusing. also, there is a permanent ad in the lower left of the menu. sorry, i don't want to be advertised to on a tv that i paid for. or at least they should make it clearer that part of the price includes showing you constant ads and harvesting your private data.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture for the price of this TV. It switches between apps fairly quickly and responds easily to commands from the remote. The sound leaves a lot to be desired if you're trying to watch a movie.
