Great Picture, Confusing UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this television for my grandmother at an amazing price! The picture quality and backlight are wonderfully better than I expected. Similar to the quality on my 2019 model 6900, but with a better backlight that really brings out the extra darks and extra brights. The operating system has been updated too, with a welcomed darker theme to it which is easier on the eyes at night. The input delay and refresh rate are also very nice. I would say it has the best picture quality of any TV of this size and price range. However, as this is for my grandmother, the user interface is quite difficult for those inexperienced to use. The operating system is also a little laggy, but it's probably due to how complicated it is. The main menu is laid out with big tiles, often with a misleading advertisement mixed in. It's relatively easy to navigate standard media apps, but going to the app store and having to navigate through confusing menus to get to the apps you want is difficult for a new user. The settings menu also is poorly organized, some settings are in categories that they do not fit. However, if you can get past the confusing menus, it has a huge amount of media apps it supports, and even a free tv service. Overall I would recommend purchasing one of these televisions.

Great Picture and Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the 58” Samsung 4K smart tv and the picture and sound are so great. My husband set it up in 5 minutes and it was like being at the movies. The picture is crystal clear. The smart features are amazing and we are still learning the many features. The apps are easy to get to and log into so we can watch our favorite shows in quality. We can binge on an unbelievable picture and sound. We can go on the internet and do things and this tv is an absolute addition to our home and we recommend it to all. Go get one for sure.

Great Picture, Obnoxious User Interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first Smart TV purchase and I must say that the picture quality is stunning. The colors are vibrant and watching my favorite movies is now a new experience on this TV. The biggest drawback that takes some getting used to is the User Interface. I am not a fan. When you turn the TV on, the “homepage” takes some getting used to. I guess I had high expectations being an Amazon Firestick user as well. It would be nice if the homepage was cleaner.

NOPE.

Nope. Tv is 3 months old. I tried using this TV with a RTX 3090 Kingpin gpu via pc. HDR doesnt work at all,; causes skewing, green coloration and tearing to the point its completely unwatchable/usable. Tv is unable to be changed from the stock 30hz refreah rate. Of changed from ANY setting besides 30hz, (ie 50, 60hz etc lower as well) screen blacks/cuts out at random intervals and, again, makes the screen unwatchable. (Strangely @50hz the screen displays a sepia tone....then randomly cuts out). The 4k display is decent but requires alot of aftermarket tuning in order to color correct/dial in the display. That is the only respite to an otherwise awful TV. Thank goodness i bought the bestbuy 5 year plan because this thing is a big fat citrus.

SUPER SMART SAMSUNG TV

Great picture and seamless features

I picked up this Samsung television around December of 2020 as my previous television that I had for quite sometime broke. This is my first smart tv and it was super easy to get acclimated with. It pairs well with my cable system and for video games. I have always been a Samsung customer for tvs and plan on purchasing another one when the time to upgrade is right.

Great quality, reliable, love the tv capabilities

we purchased this tv after purchasing another offbrand tv and it not working immediately out of the box. however, when we purchased this tv to replace the old nonworking one we were very pleased! the set up was very easy and you can download most apps of your liking. i also like how it has samsung tv plus which is a free type of tv programing that we had no idea about when purchasing it. the quality of the picture is amazing and we are very happy.

Simply love this TV

The picture is amazingly clear and I love the options for different picture types depending on what I am watching!! We are very happy with this TV!!

Glitching

the picture on the tv is great and i love all the features that are included. i have onky had my tv for 3 weeks and i have had glitches where i cant open any other apps expect for netflix. the screen goin dark for no reason when trying to open an app. i cant dowload any of the games on here. i dont think all of the tha are like this maybe i just got a defective tv.
