the picture is great. the sound is great. my problem is the lag in the operating system. it takes too long to load programs or guides. i have the 8000 series that is 4 years older and it runs faster. the remote is cumbersome. at least it should be glow in the dark or illuminated. i can't give it a four star so three will do. 3.5/5. not bad for the price.

It also is great for watching a video on that you have recorded on your phone. It gives you a bigger picture to see your kids big plays from the game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this tv. I've used several smattered tv's but this is the best. From easy installation and set up to display. I have no prior knowledge of TV set up but I was able to set this up within 5mins using the instruction attached. The display and graphics is 100%. It has several free stations. When I do not know where the control is I just use the SmartThings app on my phone and it works perfectly fine just like the remote. You wouldn't regret buying this. This is the best smart tv ever, I'm sure anyone who buys this will never regret purchasing it.

The smart TV functionality isn't my favorite, in the way it's laid out, but it works well. Sound is great considering most TVs in this range don't have good speakers, though with most TVs, it would be greatly improved when paired with a sound bar.

So life-like and crystal clear. I could clearly see the stitching in the seams and on the sewn-on numbers on the jerseys! The details on the helmets. When they showed the coaches on the sideline in a close-up I could plainly see the details in his whiskers and the pores in his skin! Come on! That is amazing!!!! And the colors! Vibrant-clear-bright! LOVE THIS TELEVISION!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 4th Samsung TV. Got this one for a bedroom used by the g-kids. Others are a 65”, a 55” and a 45”. This one, like the others, was easy to set up and connect. Using this one for streaming only - no wired connections. Picture is great, sound is fine, easy to use and connect with all the streaming sources we use. We think it was a great value, and have been very happy with Samsung quality. Otherwise, we wouldn't have 4 Samsung TVs.

As a streaming device it has given us almost flawless service, barely ever losing connections. We have used casting to view photos and videos with mainly user-level errors. Using this amazing television for gaming really brings out it's versatility when it comes to colors and sounds. I personally would suggest pairing this incredible viewing platform with a compatible surround sound system. Our family made the investment and couldn't be pleased more. Paired with the surround sound, this is the most immersive system we have ever had.

Also if you have big hands everything is too close 2gether.Which is like most remote's on new tv's. Other then that the tv is great. I will buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is good and the size is perfect for my house. Love the Samsung features it has, a good quality built tv with a nice design. Good picture quality and motion handling. The inbuilt speakers work pretty well but could use some upgraded sound unit. A good selection of usable input ports. You have your choice of voice assistant and has a wide variety of apps. Good resolution and 4K upscaling.

Reviews say the picture deteriorates if you are viewing too far to the side -- that seems to be true, but not a problem for us as we typically view from the front. Navigation seems straightforward, though it seems to have bells and whistles I haven't accessed (and may not as I'm mostly looking for a garden-variety viewing experience). Sound very good. Not a lot of options to connect with various inputs or outputs; check before buying if you need more than a standard set-up. We use this TV with a high-tech roof antenna (pulls in channels 60-70 miles away) and streaming over an internet wifi connection.
