Gorgeous picture and high quality definition TV!
our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!
This product has great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Tv for streaming, gaming, and movies. I really love the Samsung brand, especially TVs, I had a 32" and now bought a 50". Both allowed me to play my personal library of files when I connect a USB device, and the TV supports/plays various formats. This new 50" comes with Samsung channels which I love. What I don't like about this TV is that sometimes it gets laggy and I have to disconnect it from the power source and connect it back in order for it to start working fine again. Also, I've noticed recently when streaming from Disney+ en 4K UHD that the TV is getting too laggy and dropping some frames.
Amazing picture

The features and clarity were so good I bought the 82" same model. Upgraded size of home theater and newer nicer upgrade for living area. Great smart features. Love this model. I have been through a few big screen TVs. Overall best value and quality picture hands down!
Wifi only tv
the picture is great. the sound is great. my problem is the lag in the operating system. it takes too long to load programs or guides. i have the 8000 series that is 4 years older and it runs faster. the remote is cumbersome. at least it should be glow in the dark or illuminated. i can't give it a four star so three will do. 3.5/5. not bad for the price.

I love all the options it has for apps and how you can access the internet right from your tv. I am still learning the buttons to the remote. I have been using the same tv remote for many years. So learning the placement of the buttons has been quite the experience. I love all the features that the remote offers.
This tv has a beautiful picture.

Unfortunately, my last few Samsung products have not held up the way i feel they should have considering the price. For example, this TV is less than 3 years old and it makes a horrible noise when it is turned on or off for about 15 minutes.

These materials are subject to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard. Additionally, specific components within the TV may cause these temporary noises once powered off. Please know this does not indicate a product malfunction, and your TV is safe to use. With this in mind, here are a few quick tips on reducing the expansion that can cause these noises. 1) Ensure that there is adequate ventilation. Some enclosures may not allow for proper ventilation. This causes the internal temperature to increase and the plastic to expand more than usual. For recommended ventilation requirements, please see your user manual. 2) Make sure there aren't any heating or air conditioning vents pointing directly at the TV. 3) Verify that the TV is on a flat and level surface. Great pictures, has flaws
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tv has some nice feature and the picture quality is immaculate. It can get buggy at times when it comes to network connection and it sometimes feels really slow to navigate through. All in all, I say its a pretty good TV for its price.

Depth and color is awesome.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially was used for just viewing cable. Then one day I clicked Apps button and was extremely surprised. Transitioning between streaming apps is incredibly fast and the color and depth is incredible. I love the fact as soon as I click one of my streaming services it pops right up and logs in. You can start watching your shows or movies within seconds. Samsung puts really nice processors in thier TVs. Even the web browser loads like it's a pc. All around performance and viewing pleasure is top notch. Its been good enough to where we replaced all of our tvs with Samsung TVs.
Amazing Picture
