This particular model, has been "Exceptional" thus far, the picture is clear & vibrant, sound can transport you to the actual place, and settings are easy to navigate through. a great addition to any home theater set up. excellent menu options featuring filter modes ranging from standard to film making mode which can all be further manipulated to achieve your optimum viewing experience. brilliant colors contrasted against bold blacks to provide superior detail. excellent apps including disney+, hulu, netflix, and vudu. samsung plus app included provides instant content before having to log in to any other service. i'm looking forward to upgrading to a wireless bluetooth 7.2 surround sound set up, soon. im sure it will be that much more awesome. i recommend this item to anyone looking for a great upgrade to their home theater or to start building one around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I have been very impressed with it since I have had it. Prior to getting this TV I relied on Amazon's first stick to access all of my streaming services, but often run into issues as the first stick can be slow or buggy. I have never had an issue wirh this TV being slow or lagging in any way. It was also incredibly easy to download and use all all my currently used streaming services. The only complaint I have about thr device is that after about a month of owning it, there is a brief vertical black bar that occasionally flashes just left of the middle of the screen. This was unusual as the TV has never been damaged or bumped by anything. The bar only occasionally flashes and has not been a bother to me, but it is noticeable. It only flashes for a split second then goes away. Other than the minor flaw, I have never had any issues with the TV and do want to upgrade to a larger model. I currently use it for streaming and gaming. I do like being able to use and adjust HDR settings within a game and i have been very impressed with the automatic game mode within the TV as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because it had Bluetooth and I want to use my AirPods to be able to listen to the TV and not disturb anyone in my house then decided to stream on Amazon and couldn't believe how crystal clear the quality was and then hooked my Xbox one S up to it and was blown away by how well the HDR was! Way better than the LG TV that I have so I'm thinking about buying another one larger for the living room awesome Samsung TV!

The tv quality and sound on the tv once the settings are changed are perfect. My only complaint is it was a little difficult to configure my Apple TV to this device. It took a few tries for the tv to finally recognize the Apple TV was plugged into the HDMI ports.
