The colors are vibrant and watching my favorite movies is now a new experience on this TV. The biggest drawback that takes some getting used to is the User Interface. I am not a fan. When you turn the TV on, the “homepage” takes some getting used to. I guess I had high expectations being an Amazon Firestick user as well. It would be nice if the homepage was cleaner.

Sound quality is just like a sound bar. I actually got rid of my sound bar due to how good the regular speakers sound. The quality of picture is crystal clear just like the box says. Just perfect! The ports in the back are just enough. I have my ps4 hooked up and I can still plug in another device. And it being Samsung. If u have a galaxy phone or Samsung type then this tv is a must! I highly recommend this tv to family's and places where u wanta have amazing movie nights!

We were recently watching a popular show from the 90's and couldn't not get over the fact that the show looks crystal clear! Not only was it really clear, it looked so good you would have never known the show was 25+ years old! This tv is so clear and the picture is sharp! Besides the color and picture I love that fact that it's a smart tv. We do not have cable, but honestly with this tv we don't miss it! Samsung has a Samsung TV guide loaded with free shows and channels to watch. We are able to watch those shows and also add our paid apps so that we can quickly watch our favorite shows without having to have a 2nd remote. I am so happy we chose this tv! It fits in our living room perfectly and looks amazing! I would definitely recommend a Samsung Crystal UHD 4k tv to my friends and family!

i purchased this tv a year ago when it was on sale during the holidays. the good, 4k is great! the apps are awesome! but as far as regular hd viewing it is decent. the blacks get greyed out on dark scenes in some movies. there is no real “upscaling” as it says it does. for the price it is a decent hd tv. our main viewing tv is a vizeo m series which is a much better viewing tv. but for a basic tv with 4k and smart tv viewing. you cant beat the price when this is on sale!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great Samsung smart TV that is a perfect fit for the space and purpose. It is so easy to use and was simple to install and get connected. It comes standard with many apps and easily accepts new ones. We are getting ready to buy another one for a new location and I will look for a Samsung first. When we get that one, we will have seven (7) Samsung televisions! Why change when you like what you have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a long time to set up. Cannot use blue tooth headphones and TV speaker simultaneously at the same time. TV speaker clarity is muffled if you have a slight loss of hearing. However, a great product.

Worked well for a couple of years then the continuous rebooting started. None of the many suggestions from other similarly stricken Samsung TV owners helped. Unplugging, resetting, disconnecting devices, changing settings all failed. Very frustrating and disappointing. Had not been anticipating having to buy a new TV every few years, but the next one won't be a Samsung.
