This tv has the perfect image

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung TV is perfect for movies, video games and soccer games that I watch and excited to watch the World Cup in my new 65 inch TV. I love the image coloring quality the volume is perfect. Can't get better than this..

Zero Stars - selling known faulty feature

samsung is selling a tv with a known function issue that dims entire dark scenes. i don't understand why i would not want to see the details. i want to watch the whole movie and not just the light parts. i texted with support and was told "i've checked my resources and see that the tv model that you're referring to has frame dimming technology so whenever a dark frame appears it dims the entire frame instead of that particular area. this is normal functioning with this model tv." it is a known issue but samsung hasn't push some type of update that allows us to shut it off or quit selling a faulty tv. i can't enjoy some of my favorite shows with dark scenes and have watched on my phone. pointless to have 65" tv if it doesnt work. please fix this with an update or quit selling.

Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Looks greats but has some issues.

i've had my tv for about a month now. good- picture quality is great, easy to figure out and use, wide range of apps available to download. bad -within first 3 days tv wouldnt pick up wifi signal so i had to reboot entire tv (re-sign-in to all apps) just to reconnect. hasnt happened since. -hdr constantly malfunctions while playing playstation 4 video games (picture becomes extremely sharp impossible to even see whats going on), - tv sometimes has hard time picking up hdmi signals (sometimes have to turn my cable box on and off to get the tv to pick up the signal) -randomly switches between apps when first starting up (will open youtube & quickly switch to another app before finally going to the app i selected on the control)

A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Additionally, your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Nice TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is really better than I thought it was going to be. First, it has clips to keep the cord from being seen or in the way which is nice, and i like the way the legs are designed if you choose to not hang it up. The coolest thing I think is that I can just tap the back of my galaxy phone to the edge of the TV to screen share easily. It comes with a ton of Samsung channels, along with all of the typical apps that smart tvs have. The sound is great, picture is clear, it is quick to respond to commands, and I am really happy with this Samsung smart TV.

Amazing for gaming!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works really well with my Xbox series S in 4K HDR, the game mode makes games super beautiful and immersive. It also has pretty good sound quality! I like the phone tap feature with the TV as well as using the remote on my phone. It comes in handy and feels super futuristic. It's rather large for my bedroom, but it makes games more immersive.

Great picture and very realistic

The only issue I've had is not being able to stream from my iPhone to the TV. I had the app and watched movies from iPhone for months then suddenly it just quit working. I think it was an iPhone upgrade that caused it to quit.

Great value, great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart tv works great in my new apartment. I use it to stream HD content and for 4K console gaming. The picture quality is great for my needs. It's my first Samsung TV and definitely won't be my last. The only knock I have on this TV is the audio. The volume seems to fluctuate sometimes between different apps and/or channels. My guess would be that it has to due with the actual volume levels of the content I'm watching but nonetheless, the loudness can definitely be jarring at times. Also, sometimes dialogue in movies can't be heard too well so I have crank it up to hear it. Then the next action scene would have loud explosions and be too loud, causing me to turn it down. I've read online that a great sound at would solve this problem. I hope to get one soon.

Samsung all the way buddy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I personally use my Samsung TV for when I want to binge watch my Netflix shows or movies or just to stream music videos from YouTube when I'm in the mood to have a dance party (kidding, I usually clean my house while YouTube is playing) . #mom life. I love the HD on my TV, the picture is so life like and clear and the fact that I don't need to have the volume blaring in order to hear it. It's just fantastic! I also love how simple the TV is to actually set up, literally minutes and you're done. Especially with the help of Alexa. Which is another reason I love my Samsung, the built in Alexa comes in great! I always think it's funny whenever my daughter ( shes 4 ) tries using Alexa, because she doesn't quite understand it yet but still tries anyways and Alexa doesn't know what to think. It makes for a good laugh sometimes. I also like the fact I can control the TV using my Samsung SmartThings on my phone. It makes life less stressful and easier especially when I'm not home and can monitor the screen time or when it's bedtime for the little one. Love love love my Samsung and wouldn't trade it for anything else! I recommend it to all my family and friends and no one has complained yet. So, definitely a must have.

Great Color with Sharp Contrast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 15 year old Sony Bravia with the new Samsung. Size for size what an improvement in the vividness of the Samsung's color. I realize, due to the thickness, speaker quality is up against a wall. Don't get me wrong the sound is acceptable but a quality sound bar would make a big difference.

amazing quality
