Clear Picture, Good Sound, Remote is NOT ergonomic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As for the TV itself, we are very satisfied with it. What we do NOT like is the home screen and remote are not ergonomic. The remote: the main buttons used are the arrows, ok/enter, return, guide and home. They are placed in the lower third of the remote and are tiny resulting in the wrong button being pushed constantly! With them being placed in the lower area causes the remote to be placed in the upper part of hand making it unbalanced and easy to drop. The number buttons are at the top and large yet never have used them. There are 3 app buttons in the center that are also large and not used. The remote needs to be redesigned. The home screen: Too cluttered even with removing/deleting the things that are allowed to be removed. The area where you can organize your apps is small and hard to read even when they are enlarged through the accessibility settings. Finally, make sure you watch Samsung videos on transport and unpacking. I feel Most bad reviews of issues at the time of purchase and set up are due to the consumer mishandling.

Experience with Crystal UHD 50 inches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has an excellent, bright, clear picture. Reviews say the picture deteriorates if you are viewing too far to the side -- that seems to be true, but not a problem for us as we typically view from the front. Navigation seems straightforward, though it seems to have bells and whistles I haven't accessed (and may not as I'm mostly looking for a garden-variety viewing experience). Sound very good. Not a lot of options to connect with various inputs or outputs; check before buying if you need more than a standard set-up. We use this TV with a high-tech roof antenna (pulls in channels 60-70 miles away) and streaming over an internet wifi connection.

Great TV With One Exception

i love my new samsung 55” smart tv. the picture and sound quality are great, the remote control is easy to use and the inputs work well with my hdmi connection for my blueray player. the only complaint i have is that the pre-loaded apps cannot be deleted. i am 70 yrs old and am not interested in the pre-loaded apps. if i were interested in any of these, i would subscribe and add them myself. this causes me to have to scroll through all of the apps on the home screen to get to my favorites. since buying the tv, i have added three streaming services, sling tv, discovery+ and britbox. they are currently the last three listed on the home screen. i wish the apps that i don't use could be deleted or at least be re-ordered so i could easily navigate to my three favorites.

Excellent product, it is exactly what I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can use my tv with my Bluetooth headphones and I can watch movies, series, tv shows and sports during the night without disturbing anyone, the quality is really good and the 50” size is perfect for my bedroom! It is a tv that I would recommend to my family and friends. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Great t.v.

Clearest picture

Wouldn't buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is clear but if your buying this for streaming services don't waste your time. This TV is disconnected from the internet 9 out of 10 times you go to stream anything and more often then not it won't reconnect. I have to constantly forget network and reconnect and keep trying and keep trying until it finally reconnects. This has nothing to do with my internet as I have 3 other smart tvs further from router and have zero issues. Should have read the review on this prior as I now see a lot of people have this problem.
