this replaced an off brand 4k from 4 years ago. i didn't like that one. i like this one less. the picture is alright, but the sound is tinny. the built in software is terrible. the remote by itself is just fine, but working with the software, no. to add insult, support is absolutely abysmal. to add insult i just have support lie to me for an hour. they will sell your data and tell you they don't.

I had a problem with the picture shaking and shadows appearing on people the tv has a program that can be set for cable box that deals with this type issue that was 2 months ago not a problem since I had it remotely set because I didnt know how . thanks samsung

I love the Netflix and Amazon buttons on the remote. Also is comes with Samsung tv which has a wide variety of channels. The set up was easy too

I am very impressed with the picture and sound quality for both my streaming services and gaming. Very happy to have this Samsung TV with a brand I can trust will last. Sound quality: 5/5 Image quality: 5/5 Remote: 4/5 ( very basic remote. It used to work on the connected fireStick. But with the latest firmware upgrade on the TV , it stopped working. Pls fix this. Apps: it has most of the apps that I needed.

The good news that overpowers it was that the TV had Samsung TV plus which is good to replace cable almost replace it. The thing I wanted most on the TV was a voice controller so I don't have to type ever again.

This tv has excellent sound even without a sound bar and is easily connected to other devices that we cast content to the tv with. I wish the web browser was easier to navigate. The input is slow and clunky. I guess I need a Bluetooth keyboard. I really don't need this but would improve the system.

The sound and picture are more than amazing . I don't know why I haven't ever thought of a Samsung smart tv before. But I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this TV. I am able to do just about anything with it. It connects to my google home and can be controlled with my voice. I have a hard drive that I store alot of my movies and TV shows on, I can connect it to the USB drive and watch virtually all of my videos, However some mkv files won't work, but I just converted them to Avi and have no issues. The screen is bright and beautiful, sometimes looking at nature programs it feels as if a window is in the front of my room to another dimension. I really love this product and prefer Samsung over anything without a doubt. Thanks for building such an amazing device Samsung!
