Love all the features and the interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Offers cool features (including apps built in, an internet browser and FREE channels) with an interface that is intuitive and not overwhelming. It would be easy to get lost in the choices / options but the menus seem easy to navigate.

Great Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new Television a few days ago, and i was very impressed with everything about it. This 43" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) has an high quality picture, has a sensor that automatically adjust the brightness,easy set-up, you can turn on the TV speaker and Bluetooth device at the same time, has sign language zoom and so much more. My grandchildren and myself are very pleased with our new 43" Class TU7000 Crystal 4K Smart TV. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new television, i would tell them to purchase this one. It has our seal of approval.

Amazing TV

likes: the picture quality and colors are amazing. i like the fact you have options with this as well. i was very to see most of the streaming apps i use when already set up. dislike: sound quality could be better. the remote is not practical and lacks voice commands.

OK Budget TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is an OK budget TV. I'm not a fan of the Samsung OS for starters. I've seen a lot of Samsung TVs that the picture looks amazing on but this isn't one of those TVs. The picture is pretty average for UHD 4k. I'd also say that it does this auto dimming when it is showing dark scenes on the TV making it hard to see anything. Maybe it is a setting issue but it's annoying. Overall the TV is fine for the price and size.

First, let's make sure you are running the latest software. To do so, head to Settings>Support>Software Update, and you can easily update from there if needed. Next, to adjust the picture: Next, go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: It is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. For Auto Dimming, please try these steps: Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic/ You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can manually select Minimum Brightness to adjust the minimum screen brightness. HATE HATE HATE the teeny poorly designed remote!!!

absolutely hate the remote control but i seriously love the tv but the remote leaves a lot to be desired. it either needs to be 3” longer or the main direction arrows need to be more mid location. it's extremely difficult to hang onto!!! in fact, i can honestly say i really really hate it!! hate hate hate hate hate hate the remote control!!!!!

Samsung lives up to great reputation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A snap to set up and get viewing! It took less than a half an hour from unboxing to set up and Samsung has done it again! They are my go-to company for many things and this TV is another favorite. Simple to add to my existing samsung account and add my apps.The picture is so clear and it works with all of my programs and remotes can all be combined into this one. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for the next set!

Its Ok

i cant say there's anything that i love about this tv. i was used to the roku tcl that we had, and the ease of choosing an app or live tv. with this one, the remote doesnt let you click fast through anything, and if you try to, it skips way ahead. the tv turns on by itself almost every night which is incredibly annoying to have to go into the app and turn it off again. some of the apps make you use the phone app to stream to the tv when n the tcl that was never an issue.

Oooo: I'm sorry to hear your experience with Samsung's TU7000 TV has fallen short of your expectations. 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please contact our Samsung Customer Support. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Awesome price and great picture and audio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't plan on purchasing a tv when I did but it was necessary. I shopped around and viewed a lot of different TVs before I settled on this one. It stood out above all of the rest. It was easy to transport. Once I got it home, putting it together was a snap. All I had to do next was to link it up to my WiFi, add the specific applications that I wanted and/or use, throw some popcorn in the microwave, then sit back, relax, and watch my favorite channels/flicks. Now that I updated the living room I have two more rooms that could use a new tv. I'm pretty sure I know what I am getting...

Great quality for the rice

Not enough apps to download

the tv is good have a good quality but the problem is that its not like a roku tv that lets you search for any app availble loke for example usa network i can download the app on roku tv but samsung tv doesnt even have ot and is a free app why? like other apps i had search and nothing, and the controller lags a lot when u searching or switching it lags so bad so those are the flaws i dont like about it but other than that its ok
