Love this tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv isa 2nd one that I purchased. I got one in the spring and love it so much that I just purchased another one. Both 65 inches. I also have 75 inches same model. All 3 tvs work great. I mostly watch movies. Picture is very clear. Great price too!
Clear picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is clear amd the sound is great. We stream with a lot of services, and watch a lot of different things. We use YouTube, and Chromecast. I love that everything is already loaded on the TV.
Great features lots of ports
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 50in. Version and it is awesome for gaming, wathing hdr 4k movies on my firestick. Has lots of hdmi ports. Unfortunately not hdmi 2.1, but does have ALLM mode where it streets the device that's connected and sets up the best configuration. I love the remote. Voice control works well. Especially if you have samsung eco system ie fridge, camera, etc. You get notifications right on your screen if you choose. Also has ethernet and wifi. S a dly the wifi is only wifi 5 so no takjng advantage of wifi 6 if you have a router. Id recommend ethernet to get best connection. You can download apps like the steam stream app if your a gamer and play. Also there is other apps thay you can download Hbomax, fubo, etc. Overall for the price you get a really nice tv. Wish i would have gotten the bigger one being that 50 is pretty small for my living room. But still cannot beat the quality
Nice
i like this television overall. there is a mechanical quality to the picture, it is hard to describe but it's almost like the people's movements are robotic. i think that is a feature with this definition. i am not a fan of it, but it isn't a big deal.
Great picture, poor connection.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.
Kranberie: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. Very good tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung makes alot of great products everything in my house is Samsung except my girlfriend iPhone but she's a little special we won't hold it against her, the whole family love the TV has great sound amazing picture only thing I would want is for it to have come with a voice active remote or at least a keyboard remote
Great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this TV. Easy to set up, slim, great picture... I'm really happy I went with Samsung... Sometimes the apps are slow to switch between but much faster than my old tv. The SmartThings app seems not needed. Overall highly recommend this!
Great price, great picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are you kidding me, great price great picture easy Plug and Play what more can you ask for. All my electronics have been Samsung no issues with phones or TVs. I just wished the remote controls with come with a lited face dial, so that way you could use at night, it is hard to see functions at night.
Great color detail
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung smart TV to stream my local cable service which is Spectrum here in Texas. I also use it to game offline and online daily. It's also great for my kids which use the YouTube app and Disney+ app daily.
Not Like my old Samsung!
i purchased this model because of good experience with an older samsung tv. however, i am very disappointed with the poor picture quality on this new tv. the picture is way too bright and looks blurry all the time. i have spent hours trying all available picture quality settings and am still unhappy. i am using charter hd digital cable as an input (was great on my old tv) so i know i have a good quality input. i also had a lot of trouble getting the sound to sync correctly, it was like watching an old godzilla move! i would not recommend this tv for living room viewing, it would be ok for a large bar or restaurant.
RAH58: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 4K Smart TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture, and you are having issues getting your sound to sync. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings. Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. If your picture seems too bright, you may want to try the NATURAL picture mode which is designed to reduce eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings If you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through I hope this helps.
