Amazing TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were behind the times and desperately needed to update our TV. Therefore, I did my research and compared prices on all of the smart TV's on the market. For the price, this was an absolute steal. In all honesty, I thought a TV with these capabilities and picture quality would be much more expensive. Setup was fairly quick and painless; just connecting to the internet, downloading and signing into our apps and we were set to go. We used to have to use a separate mirroring device connected to our old TV to use our streaming apps, but were pretty excited that we didn't need it anymore. You can use the interface on the TV or just use your phone and throw it up on the screen. We are more than happy with the purchase, and if we ever wanted to upgrade again, I would probably go with Samsung because I don't have to worry about the quality.

Excellent product from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV, great price, could not believe how easy the television was to set up and all the free channels that comes with it! Love that I can mirror from my I-Pad and other Apple devices seamlessly and without issue. The picture quality is fantastic and the NIC is performs well enough to have zero lag when streaming 4K. I am not one for using my phone as a remote control, but that is a wicked option as well. I have tried a few different brands and Samsung makes it exceedingly difficult to stray. Samsung genuinely surprised me, and I will be a loyal customer from now on! his TV is an excellent value for the price; you will not be sorry.

Great picture !!

Awesome tv .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My.main use for this TV is streaming video online. And also for gaming . I find it that the TV is very clear and processes the images at a very fast rate. I have been enjoying it since day 1 and so far I am pleased with my purchase.

Love our Samsung TV!

We LOVE the high quality definition of the video games and TV, everything from live shows to cartoons looks amazing. The options to switch between programs like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube are so convenient and we don't have to use the Xbox for anything other than gaming.

The perfect TV for any media room

Brilliant, sharp picture, easy setup.

replaced a lower end tv of the same size with the samsung--i can't describe the difference in the picture's brilliance and sharpness. setup was extremelymeasy for a tech-challenged 75 year old. the remote paired very easily with my cable provider and the streaming channels were easy to set up, also. thanks, samsung!

65'': Blank Screen

got this tv today, plugged it in and all i see is a blank screen. i only get audio. i can barely see the text on the screen using flashlight, but that's about it. tried troubleshooting and even managed to reach the color, brightness and contrast settings, but it didn't help at all. awful product, will be very skeptical buying another samsung product. will return the tv tomorrow.

Turns Back on Randomly

We bought two Samsung tvs, and each has a nice picture and good sound, but each also has a super weird and off-putting habit of randomly turning back on after we turn them off. We will go to bed, and all of a sudden minutes later the tv comes back on all by itself, with nothing anywhere near the remote. Super weird. Don't like that problem.

Hi JAM JPM, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue where your TV turns itself on. 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please contact our Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
