[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received 58" class Crystal THE 4K smart tv a month ago.It sure was an easy tv to set up. Take off a few stickers and plug in,away you go.The picture quality is so crisp and bright.Along with all the apps to choice from.Samsung Tv is a pretty cool app,the music stations are nice to listen to when doing cleaning.I have yet to try the voice remote..Sound is amazing I keep hearing little noises I've never heard before,clear sound.I enjoy the fact that everything is now all on one remote. Super easy to use for someone that isn't tech savy. I'm still finding new things to explore.Still getting the hang of the remote.But I would highly recommend it for someone that is the market for a new tv.Definitely an upgrade from a normal tv with no exciting features.

this is the best tv i have ever owned. highly reccomend for the picture quality and clarity. in addition to the technical features and easy setup, it has great sound quality also. the only thing i would improve is the package/box. the padding inside the box could protect it better because i had to have a replacement sent when i opened the box the screen was cracked. a few days later a good one was sent. well worth the wait. the tv is amazing!!

Also playing my video games on it and i like the fact that i can sync it with my cell phone. Galaxy S22 ultra and transfer anything from my phone to the TV. I recommend this TV 1000% it's the best purchase i made in a long time.

I can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime right on my TV instead of my cell phone or tablet. The only issue is that it is not very compatible with my current soundbar. The sound is not as clear through the soundbar as it is from the TV.

I bought this tv back in December 2021. Best purchase ever! Thought it was going to be too big for my space but not so. Beautiful picture, so clear. Loves it! This tv repalced a smaller Samsung and I do have a 50 inch Samsung in my basement. So that says I love this product. No problems at all.

Purchased on 05/09/2020 from big box electronics store, died on 05/28/2020. Black screen of death. Power light comes on and off but nothing but black screen. Tried to return, but told return window was only 14 days at that time. Still have unit, hoping one day I'll get something done, either repaired or replaced. No I would not trust this tv or recommend to anyone. Maybe the big blue electronics store with yellow tag operates in dog years. 14 days actually equals 30?

The frame is really thin so I rarely ever notice it, I just see a beautiful picture. I truly love how easily I can airplay from my entertainment boxes, laptop and phone; it truly makes streaming with airplay a breeze. It has Samsung Tv Plus which has channels like News & Opinion, Entertainment, Crime, Game Shows, Sports, Food, Home & Travel, Reality, Latino, International, Comedy, Gaming, Kids, Science & Nature, Sci Fi & Horror, Movies, Music with hundreds of live channels all for free with your Wi-Fi. With the included remote you have access to a lot of popular apps. too, I was also able to download even more apps. The picture quality is crystal clear. The sound is pretty good alone, but we do have a sound system also. There is 2 HDMI ports which is more than enough since you can access so many apps. I have my satellite plugged into one and the other is free. I believe I have covered most everything here. I don't think you can go wrong with this television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ended up being exactly what I wanted out of my TV - an all around high-quality TV for an affordable price. The picture quality is solid - obviously does not hold a candle to an OLED, but you can't fairly compare this model to something 5-10x the price. I liked the customization and various modes (particularly the dynamic and gaming modes) as I was able to tweak the settings to further improve the picture in my room and for my specific connected devices. The only thing I do not like is the blinding white "No Signal" screen and menus - this can be painfully bright in a bedtime setting or first thing in the morning. A dark theme or at least an option of one would have been nice. The built in speakers were also a bit underwhelming but again at this price point it's not really fair to expect much better. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to audio and added an expensive soundbar to my setup which greatly improved my experience, but more casual users might be just fine with the built in speakers. In summary, this was a great budget all-around choice for both gaming and streaming.

I do think the sound quality could be better, because I do have to turn it up at max volume just to reasonably hear it, I didn't have to do that with my Samsung 65 inch tv. I do like the clarity of the screen however. The pictures are real clear
