[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the quality of the picture and the ease of getting to our favorite apps. The only thing that we can see that needs improvement is the sound. We have had to use a sound bar with some of the apps. Its a really great product.

I'll never buy another brand even though they say they are as good as Samsung. No way. This is the best TV I've ever owned!

The quality is so great and crystal clear! Then my favorite feature is the game mode! I am a big gamer and this tv have such a great crisp and clean picture while gaming! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung TVs are always great for me. I love the picture. The remote is confusing though, there are way too many buttons and it does not light up. The Samsung software used on the TV is always a nightmare. The menu items are not big enough, so it's hard to tell when you've selected an item or not. Both of those gripes can be solved if you use something like a Roku or Fire Stick but, I wanted to get a smart tv that I could use without a stick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tv comes with great quality when I airplay with a video on my phone which is all I ever needed when I have to watch shows on a website especially kdramas and now I can stream onto the tv without an apple tv. Perfect in my eyes.

so far i have not even been able to find a remote to use voice controls with. i dont have an alexa or google assistant. i just wanted the smart remote with voice button and it won't connect to it. i've tried calling and everything seems really vague.

Of the available smart Tv's their user platform for loading and navigating between the different apps is great. I have also been impressed with how quickly the TV loads up, and in particular how quickly it is to boot up the internet connection and start any streaming app that is selected. It is also convenient that the TV is capable of communicating with Alexa and supports most if not all steaming programs, which makes it easier for me to go cord free and use the TV as an entertainment hub.

This is my second Samsung TV the 1st of the 55 inch and I got the exact same TV but in a 65 inch version as well for another room. The picture absolutely pops first of all on both of them the picture quality is unmatched in 4k gaming on my Xbox I feel like I'm in the game. Which is also a testament to the amazing sound built into both television I also have a soundbar which even accents it even more and it is amazing. It also comes loaded with apps that are not useless father almost all the ones that come with it I use. I am deeply in love with the fact that my Samsung tablet syncs easily and perfectly so that I can utilize it to turn channels if I need to or adjust the volume level and it makes it very easy because they're in the same family now. I highly suggest fitting your home with Samsung televisions it's one of the best decisions I ever made.
