[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cristal UHD has a very good picture and quality with streaming, video games and air TV. Deeper blacks and brighter whites, the colors are OK. Internet/Interface: Is OK 7/10 I'm having some issues with slow internet first week and then sometimes the wifi connection fails so I have to change to etherneth. And the Interface through the menu is sometimes slow comparing with other Samsung TVs. I had a previous Samsung so the set up was rather easy just had to login and the app installed all apps without problem. Control: My personal opinion is they should kept the old minimalist design control, the less buttons the better , some cases during night due to the huge amount of buttons I cannot navigate through the interface as easy as I used to do in the minimalist design.

I purchased this tv because of the great Samsung screen quality. I actually purchased two. I got a 43” and a 65”. Buying two has caused issues. When I turn on one tv sometimes both turn on. Very annoying to have to get out of bed to turn off the other tv. Also the tv software is like using an Android phone. So much bloatware and useless crap. I have been spoiled by Apple TVs clean interface I suppose. Lastly this tv is constantly logging me out of my streaming services. Make the software and functionality match the screen quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how I can stream videos, movies and series. We like the color and the definition in 4k a lot, the color looks very good. We like the features to be able to change color modes, to film mode or more natural. The color in 4k in the series is very sharp

this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that's not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it's very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it's supposed to. i expected more from samsung.

Only thing that could be better is the processing speed for some smart TV functions could be faster as seen on Samsungs higher level TVs. Overall great value

I love this TV its great and sleek and the quality is great. Only issue is the audio on this TV. Like some background sounds will be louder than when people talk and whenever I'm watching anything I'm constantly fidgeting with the audio because there's not a perfect setting. Maybe I should get speakers I don't know!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I mainly use the tv for console gaming, movie nights and Football. Kids LOVE movie night now because they can still see it perfectly when they go to kitchen to grab snacks or drinks. While watching our beloved Rams it feels like we're on the field. The audio just from TV is great. Really the only time we use the sound system is for movies. And onto the 2 things I personally dislike; 1) Connectivity to screencast/ screenshare is frustrating because it seems like every 3rd or 4th time I connect to it, i have to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone or computer with Samsung support. They always do a great job and walk me through everything, however it's just frustrating to have to go through the whole process every couple weeks. 2) Samsung TV; great idea but when they play the same block of shows EVERY SINGLE DAY, it gets annoying. All in all we have been super happy with the upgrade!! Great price, amazing picture&sound. The good definitely outweighs the 2 things that personally bug me.

Excellent Device, intergrade with my Home system was seamless and easy. Ambient mode is a Plus. Picture has a dazzling effect and totally controllable. Google assistant or Apple is work around, haven't intergraded into my Nest network. Although, the Samsung app will show all my cameras. I'm very impressed with the TU7000 and all my T.V s have been Samsung.

We recently got rid of our cable and enjoy the Samsung Plus feature the most. It's like having cable again. Samsung offers a great variety of channels and everyone in the family is able to enjoy their individual preferences in genres. The quality of the TV helps us to enjoy our show as I'd we are actually there! We love our Samsung TV and we are grateful for the choice me made!

It was the size I was looking for, it really has what I wanted and the price I won't even mention because took me like 15 minutes to take it home. I didn't even know that Samsung offered TV and when I realized that I was like oh wow this is really a great TV. Plus now that I have a PS it gets even better because the quality of the tv is simply incredible.
