i am very impressed with this tv! i purchased a similar model from a different brand a few months back and i resold it immediately because the os was sooooo laggy and slow. i dont have this problem with my new samsung. the ui is clean and easy to navigate, the picture is beautiful and the size and design are perfect for my fireplace mantel. it was easy to setup and the sound is fantastic! great buy!

After getting it home, setup was a breeze and took about 15 minutes. I mostly watch movies and i am always slightly amazed at the picture quality. I will be buying another Samsung when it is time to replace this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has an excellent picture, way more than I expected and not to mention all the features it has such as Samsung tv, the prime tv one touch button and many more apps than I ever have used, exploring on this tv has made time spent watching tv at home worth it.

first, for the price, the screen, image quality & sound is great. i was disappointed that it does not have voice control on the remote.it does not work with a firestick. i replaced an older samsung7 tv, and this felt like a downgrade. the remote is clunky, and the buttons are super "rubbery" and temperamental. it feels like a remote from the 1990s. the biggest issue is with the software. i don't like that the tv automatically turns on to a "smarttv" station that runs on the screen. it will run whatever last smart tv station was on. this is extremely annoying! i have had problems with various apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes when buying the TV in April 2020 but I have been disappointed. First, the sound quality is an issue. It seems every show/channel I watch requires a dramatically different level of volume. One channel its set to 15, another channel its has to be up to 80. I know its the TV because I had the exact same setup of channels on my previous TV and never had the issue. Secondly, there is a lag in remote performance. Always, even after multiple updates, no change. Lastly and most importantly, the picture quality is very concerning. Overall brightness is not very good. Beware if you have a lot of natural light in the room. Also, sometimes it decides to pick a specific color, say green, and change it to a blinding white or solid black with persistent digitized appearance. The only remedy is to unplug the TV which seems to correct the issue for a few days. I thought this might update related or a specific streaming service thing with incoming signal but it happens on every type of input and after multiple updates. I will be contacting Samsung service on the next occurrence as this seems to be a persistent issue per reviews starting in May/June timeframe but not before. Hopefully they can resolve the issues. When there are no issues, the TV looks great and is a good value, especially at the current price.

The price of the TV is also a fair value. This Model has great picture and love the self-adjusting brightness to the surrounding lighting of the room. This TV is a great addition to our Samsung sound bar. One this that I would change and why I gave it 4 out of 5 is because of the lag that tv has when scrolling through anything on the screen. The settings and apps that come with the tv are great and there is a good variety however they also lag when scrolling and or loading. My tv is hard wired to the internet so I can only assume that it's a processor issue or perhaps a much-needed software update would fix it. If there is already something out there for this, please let me know. Thank you !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally love this tv because it was a big upgrade compared to my 24 inch old tv. The colors are shown much better than I thought since this tv is pretty low price. I did a ghosting test where I did notice minimal ghosting but it was there, personally I'm not bothered by this but some people might want crisp movement. I would recommend to have separate speakers although the built-in speakers are quite loud they might not reach the desirable loudness.For streaming this tv is great specialy for animated films. Overall I'm happy with the purchase of this tv even if it doesn't have very loud speakers and also has a tiny bit of ghosting.

However I do wish I could change the order of the app list to what I use more often like YouTube. I am happy and would recommend this TV.

We were able to easily add all our streaming apps and the interface makes it very easy to find and watch. Would definitely recommend this product.
