I have not had this TV more than a year and it's already giving me issues. It freezes and then comes back. There was a light flashing on the left side of the screen. They came and fixed it but now it just turns off and I have to get out and get back in for it to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always honest so if your just looking for praise, wrong lady. Great picture quality, like exceptional . If a wart had a wart, you'd know it. But 2 things disappointed. You need a phd for the remote & the sensitivity factor on it after using a Firestick remote is like corporal punishment. Keep it simple & user friendly. Then people will spread the word & they will sell. The 2nd thing is the audio. I am hard of hearing & if I don't win a sound bar will be forced to invest in one to enjoy this tv. Sad but true. Nice tv for the price. No real regrets but would i recommend it...no. i have a Samsung phone...a Samsung tablet...& my 1st slight dissappointment is this tv. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this to upgrade our family room tv and I am so glad we did. Right out of the box I was impressed with how lightweight the tv is. Set up was a breeze. It was easy enough that my 13 year old did most of it. The remote Conveniently has buttons for Netflix and Prime video which help my younger children find their movies quickly. But my favorite overall feature is the sound. Im able to watch my football games and movies without any added speakers. The quality of the standard speakers is phenomenal. Samsung made a great television.

Love how easy it is to sync with my Samsung phone and how smooth the transistions from apps to different input sources. Very happy with every Samsung tv I've owned over the years and this 4k TV is everything I had hoped and more.

The set-up was easier than expected, and I even created an account to easily save information and gain quick access when needed. The image is true to color, crisp and clear.

first tv this large. amazed at the quality of such a large screen. legs that came with were too far apart for the tv base we had so we purchased an aftermarket center stand that works well. not the tv's fault that ive had this stand for thirty years. took some getting use to to set up since we had to go to the website rather than just do everything right on the tv. went smooth and ive had no issues with quality or use. great picture and value. two hdmi ports and optical audio was all we needed. please offer a center stand rather than the wide legs.

aboustly stunning picture and perfect all around i love i can use my phone as a remote as well and when i turn on my ps4 it automatically automatically switches to game mode. as well the free 1k+ tv channels tv channels are amazing in the case i have guest over so i dont have to waste money on a cable box. i am so happy i got it as a birthday gift i love my new tv and if your reading this to see if you should , this is your sign to go ahead an grab it lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv as a replacement for an older tv (non-samsung). I have several samsung tvs and this one by far has the best quality picture. It was very easy to set-up including the set'up of my smart tv apps. I would highly recommend this tv additionally i plan on purchasing the newer model as a replacement for my older samsung thst i purchased in 2012 which still works well, but the new one allows for newer apps.

Was a smart TV sceptic but this device is very user friendly. It does almost all of what my Apple TV does. It's easy to go back forth between streaming services Ike Netflix, Apple TV, Acorn and Disney, and regular TV channels coming in over Bell Fibe connection. Physical connectorization is much simpler than on my old TV. Picture is great and I am watching my favourite IPL. Great for mirroring when the spirit moves you.
