Great Product Experience!!!

The product (58' UHD TV) looks great and sounds amazing. For the price honestly a steal and seems like I won't need another TV for years to come.
Solid Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV as an upgrade to our bedroom. Replaced an older 50” plasma with the new 4K LED. Picture quality 4.5/5 - deep and rich blacks and solid contrast. No blur during sports or rapid moving pictures. Only reason not a 5 is some glare with background light, even if light is dim. Sound 3.5/5 - for just a TV speaker it sounds great. Most films and even commercials are recorded in Dolby 5.1 so there is significant peaks and lows making volume control annoying. Switching to stereo helps but doesn't eliminate the highs and lows. Connectivity and Features 4/5 - Easy to connect to WiFi, google home, Sound bars, Smart things, and any other home network. Connecting to a Samsung sound bar is excellent, one remote controls the power on of the sound bar and connects immediately via Bluetooth. Had an issue loading apps but a full reboot of TV by holding the remote power button for 5 seconds resolved. Overall - great entry/mid level TV and hard to beat it at this price. I have slowly started upgrading each TV in the house to Samsung.
Good Tv

The sound on the tv is much loader then expected with out having any sort of sound system. I sometimes have issue with it connecting to the internet and playing apps that i have downloaded. I am not sure if that is the wifi or the TV. Overall a good tv for the sound and quality of picture.
Exceeded expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it mostly for streaming web content. I am very pleaseed with its image quality and the sound. Sound quality: 5/5 Image quality: 5/5 Remote: 4/5 ( very basic remote. It used to work on the connected fireStick. But with the latest firmware upgrade on the TV , it stopped working. Pls fix this. Apps: it has most of the apps that I needed.
Black screen after two months
we purchased our samsung in august and it seemed to work great! all of a sudden not two months later, the tv screen is black with a faint image. i researched all possible solutions and nothing has solved our issue. this is apparently a common issue. we turn off the tv and its working, then the next say we turn it on and it is a black screen and doing the same thing. we have audio and we can see the tv has turned on but we cant actually watch our brand new expensive tv. my old vizio from 2014 is a better working tv than this, which we still use in a seperate room. do not buy unless you are ready to pay for a brand new tv to be repaired. extremely frustrating.

Great buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's so much to enjoy wit my new tv. I am still getting to know it but set up very easy to do. The screen is so clear the sound is great and perfect for watching action movies too lol, it's like a theater event at home. Really worth every penny very pleased with this purchase.
Excellent Viewing Experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I retired a decade ago and wanted a Smart TV with access to internet, when I realized my laptop computer was dying and I was concerned that I couldn't afford both a TV and a computer on my fixed income. I share my computer knowledge voluntarily with other seniors and it's easier to teach internet basics on a 50" screen. My Samsung Smart TV interacts with my S20 5G phone, so I can use the DeX app without attaching my DeX Docking Station. This is perfect for viewing items on large screen instead of a smartphone, tablet or laptop. While I see enjoy viewing my streaming apps, photos and videos; this TV has allowed me to enjoy my favorite naturescapes, music apps and YouTube videos with friends and family. I also had the pleasure of seeing my great nephew make football history at his high school online by connecting with live streams of his games. Never thought I would use a TV to attend a graduation or funeral but this TV kept me connected during the quarantine at the start of the pandemic. The picture is so large and clear it looks like the people on the news are speaking directly to you. Even old movies and TV shows look great. I used to have cable but couldn't afford it and changed to OTA antenna and internet router. The picture is even better now without cable. Thanks to SmartThings, I can turn the living room TV off from my bedroom; if I forget to turn it off beforehand. I really enjoy having this TV. It has improved my quality of life.
Easy Setup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it primarily for viewing in man-cave.....especially for sporting events. The set-up was very easy and quick. Everything worked first time. The tv was lighter that expected and could be moved around by one person.
Great overall value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for everyday use with a cable provider to watch all my programs. My tv is on for long periods of time everyday and I haven't had any problems, picture quality is excellent. This tv was so great we bought another one, same model but smaller size for another room.
