It had a great picture
I bought this 55 inch samsung tv on line when it arrived I hooked it up it worked for a month then the screen went black. The repair man came I had a chip screen so small I did not see it. They say there is nothing they can do.i have aways had samsung products but after this no more very disappointed

Solid TV, poor remote design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung makes a great TV, from their entry level to more robust and costlier versions. Sharp images, fast processing for video and easy to connect to WIFI and other devices. Where they fall short is the remote. For the price of the TV it needs to include a better modern remote to match the capabilities of the TV. Should seamlessly integrate as a universal remote with full voice function. It does not do so and is actually cumbersome to use.

Wow, very crystal!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pretty astonished as how clear and crisp the picture quality is on this TV! It's a huge step up for my space, especially with its low profile and slim thickness. The sound quality is also amazing: I'm constantly having to check volume to ensure it's not bothering the neighbors - but that's a good thing! It's a powerful TV for the price.
software is awful!
we absolutely love the clarity and colors on this tv, but navigating the software is extremely clunky! we had a roku tv and it was a walk in the park to navigate and when we needed to replace it we were drawn to the samsung because of what a beautiful and clear picture it had. the remote has got way too many buttons and they are all so close together that my husband is constantly pushing the wrong one because he has large man fingers. i have small fingers and i had a terrible time entering my password and email when trying to sign in to apps i already had. finding the apps was also a nightmare! if we had it to do over, we would probably buy another roku tv.

Just the best there is plain and simple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this cause I wanted a clearer picture and let me tell you this thing is clear! While watching sports you actually feel like your on the field with them, watching movies you feel like your the director watching it live ! Sound is amazing and the smart tv features makes me question how I ever lived without a smart tv! And the clicker works the smart tv apps and the regular tv so you don't have to mess with 12 different remotes! So in the end this tv is just the best there is plain and simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I personally use my Samsung TV for when I want to binge watch my Netflix shows or movies or just to stream music videos from YouTube when I'm in the mood to have a dance party (kidding, I usually clean my house while YouTube is playing) . #mom life. I love the HD on my TV, the picture is so life like and clear and the fact that I don't need to have the volume blaring in order to hear it. It's just fantastic! I also love how simple the TV is to actually set up, literally minutes and you're done. Especially with the help of Alexa. Which is another reason I love my Samsung, the built in Alexa comes in great! I always think it's funny whenever my daughter ( shes 4 ) tries using Alexa, because she doesn't quite understand it yet but still tries anyways and Alexa doesn't know what to think. It makes for a good laugh sometimes. I also like the fact I can control the TV using my Samsung SmartThings on my phone. It makes life less stressful and easier especially when I'm not home and can monitor the screen time or when it's bedtime for the little one. Love love love my Samsung and wouldn't trade it for anything else! I recommend it to all my family and friends and no one has complained yet. So, definitely a must have.
Beautiful picture, meh features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this TV looks and the picture is beautiful. If I had only bought it for the picture, I would be 100% satisfied. There is a significant lag when switching between apps on the Smart TV, which is annoying, but manageable. The reason my review is 3 stars instead of 5 lies solely in the fact that at least once a month, it will lose internet connection, which usually lasts until at least the next day, but has lasted as long as 3 days before. I use wifi instead of ethernet, but I can use the internet on all of my other devices and it's fine, but for some reason the TV will connect to the router, but then be unable to find internet to use any of the apps. I've tried looking for software updates once I can connect again, but there aren't ever any to install. Since I'm a cord cutter it means I am unable to use my TV at all without internet since I don't have cable. At some point I will run an ethernet line through the attic, but I bought this TV for it's wireless abilities. Since I cannot speak on the dependability of a wired internet connection I'm not 100% sure that will fix the problem, but I'm hopeful it will, because I do love this TV when I'm able to use it. If you're looking for a sleek box with a wonderful picture, buy this in a heartbeat. If you're looking for reliable smart features, maybe look elsewhere.

You may want to go through these steps to check your connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Samsung 55" TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming It's a nice TV, my 2 complaints are getting it to update, won't do it and it can be a little slow responding to the remote. Great picture, good size, we actually have 2 of the same model. 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom.
Great tv
Great tv, good picture, accessibility is great to stream a show or watch cable. I would recommend this to friends and family. The only issue I have is the speaker. I find myself having to turn it up higher then I expect too and no it's not my hearing. I'm sure if I bought a sound bar it would be great. Other than that a great purchase.
