excellent tv

Picture Quality

i love my samsung products. i purchased the tv and immediately loved it. the picture on this tv is so clear and vibrant. the sound quality is amazing as well. i love that, i can hook up my bluetooth ear buds to the tv and no disturb my kids while they sleep.

Easy set up

Samsung tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is very clear. Pretty easy set up. Still learning all the features available. The speakers definitely need upgrading. Having to have the volume set at 40-50 just to hear it across the room. I would the expect the speakers to be better than that.

Tv is ok. Remote + source interface lacks

the tv is fine, picture and sound are up to par. but man, the user unterface on this tv is pretty rough. feedback is incredibly slow, and the remote itself doesnt help much. we have the newer model of this tv as well and it is much improved however. still, there remains my largest complaint with samgsung tvs, and i have this issue with both this model and the newer one i have: the dreaded samsung tv plus app. the samsung tv plus app may be the sole reason i would not commit to another samsung tv going forward. i feel like anytime i hit a button i immediately get launched into the app. or if im in another app for too long itll just automatically boot me out and start playing tv plus. it drives me insane and i wish i could delete it but have had no such luck. awful.

The details you have shared are important to us and will be shared with our product teams. Please know, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, removing the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove’. 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide. Alternatively, you can leave TV Plus enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. Wifi Issue

i recently purchased this tv on the 13th of november of 2020. tv quality is great. however, the wifi does not work correctly. in order for me to get the wifi to work, i have to unplug the tv everytime for 10 seconds. which is a pain. is there an update or a quick fix for this.

A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I'm addicted to Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for streaming my favorite streaming apps. I mainly wat h movies and cartoon series. I love that all of my apps are accessible on the home screen!! I just push a button and they're right there!! The sound is great and colors beautiful. The only things that bother me about my TV is how dark it is when watching films with dark movie sets. I even turn off my lights and adjust the brightness without affecting the picture quality. But it's still very hard to see for someone who is visually impaired. We need a way to brighten up the dark films. The remote is also very confusing. It took me a couple of weeks to adjust to it. It's not set up for convenience at all in my opinion. If it weren't for those things, this TV would definitely have 5 stars!! I'm addicted to Sam's now, so they're not losing my business!! Thank you, Samsung!!

the product has great features

It is easy to navigate and since I put it on the wall there is a lot of floor space. I would defintely recommned this tv to my family and friends. Especially the Samsung brand.

new technology and enhaced old ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the remote is easy to use with its special keys to netflix and samsung tv... the apps are great and include all what you need to watch on tv. the internet browser is the best tv browser i ever use before on other tvs. the connections between other systems and the tv are easy like from my phone to it. the picture in high definition are more better than my other tv which is 1080p only. this 4k enhance the pictue to look like 4k.

Amazing Picture!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television!!! The picture is so clear and the hi def is incredible!!! Even old movies look 100% better on this unit. 58" just happened to be the perfect size for my space. If I had more room I would have gone with the same set in a larger screen size. You won't regret buying one of these television sets. The streaming built in is great too. Don't need hulu or netflix among other streaming services external devices.
