[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality for this 58' Samsung Crystal UHD TV left us in awe. While watching some videos and/or movies you can feel as though you're right there with them. Also, the set up was seamless and very self explanatory which made getting started on watching shows and movies that much faster. I do enjoy the fact that this TV does not require a plug-in in order to download streaming apps and these apps show at the bottom of the screen when first turning the tv on. To add to the picture quality the built in sound is amazing, although we do have a soundbar the TV does not need the extra sound that comes out of the soundbar. One negative I have encountered is we cannot get the AirPlay to stream properly meaning I can choose a movie or video from my phone but the only thing that shows up is an initial image and sometimes sound but not the actual movie/video. I will play with this aspect more to determine if this is truly something the TV is having trouble with or possibly a setting within my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung product purchase... safe to say I might only be buying Samsung moving forward. This product has not disappointed. From it's amazing screen quality to its amplified sound. This purchase has been one of the best purchases I've made this year. Something good has come out of 2020 at least. In comparison it other brands I've bought (Sony, TCL, Hicense, LG) this one knocks it put of them park. Hands down only buying Samsung from here on out!

The picture is great when it works but I've spent almost as much time resetting and rebooting this TV as I have watching it. I've had my cable box, YouTube and my iPhone screen mirroring all freeze. I've owned the TV for a week and I've had to reset it every single day so far, some days more than once. I've used the self-diagnose tool to check the HDMI cable - it says it's fine. I've quit using wifi and hard-wired my TV to my router. I've used the “device care” tool, it says there are no problems. I've done the SmartHub connection test, I've reset the SmartHub and I've unplugged the TV half a dozen times. It still keeps freezing! All I want is to be able to press a button and watch TV. I've actually sat down with a plate of dinner and finished my meal before the TV started working. This is the first Samsung product I've ever owned and they aren't making a very good first impression. Seriously thinking about returning it to the store and seeing if I have any more luck with Sony or LG.

Tv has great picture. This is my second Tv. My first 65 inch turned off snd on black screen none stop. I had to unplug it and leave it unplugged. Second Tv shuts off every now and again. Not sure how long this will last before it quits. The Tv is only 6 months old.

Best purchase I have made, I also love the fact that my smarthings is connected to my home appliances. Like when I'm washing clothes and it's done my TV will notify me that's its complete. Love my Samsung TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use use the over the air tuner and if we lose signal on 12- channels some times it deletes the channel out of the memory and to watch 12-1 or other 12- channels we have to scan all the channels again. Happens every couple weeks. We do stream channels from internet and use apps for movies which work great. Very happy with quality. Sound works very weird. When you turn TV on you have to volume up every time for few seconds because it is like on zero when you turn it on. Still a great buy and great picture for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV for gaming, streaming and live tv with a cable service. The size is awesome for my space and the images are clear with nice colors. Of course there is better Samsung TV with new and powerful technology and specifications but I can't afford them yet. This is a great alternative for a TV on a budget. Default settings are good but you can definitely personalize them to your liking wit a little work.

I watch my T.V all day long and I love it so much I bought another one and one for my boyfriend for his office.. It makes you feel like your inside the TV like on the field at the football game... This is the best TV by far and I really love my tv.. This product is hands down the best!! I gotta say if I could give 20 stars I would .
