The crystal clear picture and the sound quality of this model is phenomenal, especially considering the price point. I love the fact that they are operable within the SmartThings app and are Alexa enabled. I have had them for almost a year now and haven't had any issues with either.

My last one lasted more than 10 years and I only bought this one because it's smart and gets Netflix and Prime Video. The overall picture is fantastic, great color and detail. The sound at 20 watts not so good so I bought a Samsung 200 watt soundbar. Wish they included better sound but now I have a great pic and sound and hope this TV will last as long as my last. Great price too! I bought this for my office to be my primary work display. It is crisp and clear when mirroring my laptop display. And when not in use for work it performs excellently with its native playback of netflix, disney+, amazon, and appletv content. In addition the integration with my PS4, Firestick 4k are also a nice plus. We have a 2018 65 inch version upstairs in the game room. This tv is all the quality and value I have come to expect with Samsung. I have 4 Samsung tv's in the house and 2 sony. Both have been excellent brands but Samsung has been the leader in my mind for years because the feature to dollar value has been more in almost any case. This tv had 3 HDMI inputs, which the Sony only had 2 that was in the same class and price. So I once again chose the Samsung. Produces low to no heat output, ultra thin bezel framing of the picture, and light weight. Great sound for built in sound, but still recommend a small soundbar for office spaces, full soundbar or surround companion for living room use.

The crisp picture quality, is what caught my attention. The sound is amazing, I listen to music on it. The sound is over the top! Clear voice options. And the ability to change certain settings. So many bells and whistles, I am so pleased with this TV. This is my second one, I wanted a nice size due to eyesight problems and put the other one in bedroom. Plus I went bigger this time I am a TV nut. I can't say enough about this TV. Lots of hookups for my other devices. I have a samsung phone, I have a Samsung blu-ray player, a Samsung fridge. I have been a Samsung fan for almost 20 years. Even got my daughter a Samsung TV, she loves it. The ease of use, also impressed me. Thank you Samsung, keep bring us great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product for my home office and was immediately surprised and impressed with the quality of the video upon turning on the unit for the first time. While I have had it over a month, I am still frequently surprised and impressed with the video quality each and every time I turn the unit on (and this was by no means my first Samsung TV purchase, as I have only purchased their TVs for the last decade and while I have always been impressed, this goes beyond the usual. It seems almost as good as the QLED). I was extremely pleased to see how many features were contained in this television, especially with regards to the number of apps it has on its platform. I'm actually about to get a second larger unit for my workout room and would highly recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children use this TV to play on their X Box Series X & stream videos on YouTube & that's about it. The picture is exceptionally clear & there seem to be no lags with game play, either live game play or otherwise & we don't experience any issues with buffering/ lags with audio & video when streaming or any other problems. The audio is crisp very & loud; it IS in a fairly small room about 12'x18', given the size of the TV, so I'd be interested in comparing it to how it'd sound in our living room that has a cathedral ceiling & is open to both our living & dining rooms & entryway (NO walls). The TV was ridiculously easy to set up, pair to my S20 & register, my 6 yr old prob could've done it. I honestly can't imagine a better TV experience. Hopefully it doesn't have the app limitations that our previous Samsung TV does; we can't utilize as many apps as we'd like to due to a message that tells us there is not enough room on the TV for more apps; odd, because there are less than 10 & I we've also had difficulty removing things (apps) from it. Again, referring to a Samsung flat screen purchased in 2018, not the Crystal UHD TU7000 I'm currently reviewing. I don't see us being another TV anytime soon, but I know when we do, that will be a Samsung as well. Pleased with purchase.

Watching movies on it makes me feel like I'm the director filming the movie or tv show because it looks so live and in person. I also absolutely love the built in Samsung tv plus. It is built in tv that only requires and internet connection. I have canceled my cable service and use the built in tv and streaming platforms. Love this product would highly recommend!

you would think that these days it would be impossibly easy to share things from a mac to a tv. not so. they have apple tv uploaded, but they don't have any software to permit screen sharing? so now i have to buy a chromecast or apple tv to do the sharing. not as "smart" as it should be.

Had no idea why a huge difference I would be experiencing. From the large selection of streaming apps to the remote being universal. Samsung really thought of everything. I literally only have to use one remote and get to everything I need from my cable box to my soundbar. I love it. I love how some of the streaming apps are well intergraded to the TV Like AppleMusic I was able to stream the video from there which was a great surprise. And I like how I can airplay from my phone to the TV. I haven't even got into the display is beautiful very clear and bright. Darker scenes are clear. Sound from tv loud and clear This TV was a great buy. It's truly a smart tv. If I could find one issue it would be the number of ports to connect devices I have a gaming console soundbar and cable box I had to get and adapter in order to have all 3 hdmi connected. But overall I'm happy with this tv
