Awesome picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came home from work to a 12 yo blown Plasma TV. Ran to a store and found this 65". We have a 75" in the livingroom thats about 5 yo and hubby won't leave my new TV alone , says my picture is better. Movies are awesome. Jas free Samsung TV shows which is great because we canceled cable and satellite years ago. When the livingroom TV goes we will be buying another Samsung crystal UHD LED 4K.
Picture skips / difficult remote
we have had this tv for about 2 weeks. the picture quality looks good generally. however, we have noticed an issue where the picture seems to skip frequently while watching certain programs. we never had this issue with our previous tv. the remote control is also very difficult to master and is not intuitive, especially when switching between input sources or apps. even though it's a smart tv and has apps, we may have to go out and get a roku streaming stick in order to have a more user friendly remote control.

Great TV with Great sound quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our tv. We have all the apps we want, and connecting via a smart device has been super easy. Our house is the new place for movie nights with my friends. Compared to others on the market, I think we definitely got a great value for what we needed and wanted.
"Sponsored" Content (Ads) on the Main Home Bar!!!
I paid a premium price for a Samsung TV, only to find that there is "Sponsored" content on the main Home Bar. That's advertising, and IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Otherwise the TV is okay, but I may very well return it if Samsung can't tell me how to remove the ads. I will NOT pay for a product, and then have to pay again by being subjected to advertising. What part of that doesn't Samsung understand???
Simple TV (You get what you pay for.)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace my 3DHd TV because it was having power cycling issues and we upgraded from a 60" to a 65" which looks good in my living room... My only complaint is there's not enough inputs or a variety for some of my older devices and the audio output is limited to the infrared port...
Fantastic picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up of this TV was really simple and the instructions are easy to follow. We have a stand for the tv so inserting the legs into it took less than a minute and a screwdriver isn't needed. I don't have a Samsung phone but I like the fact that you can use it to control the TV. I have now been using it for a few weeks and it does not disappoint. I really like the fact you have 5 different settings on the picture mode so you can change it depending on what you are watching. I like the dynamic for when we are watching new films but for the older tv shows I have found the natural or movie settings best as the dynamic is just too bright. The Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons are good to have and save time. It took a bit of Googling how to set up the antenna tv guide once we got a longer coaxial cable so that was a little bit annoying. I am used to having 3 hdmi ports and this does only have 2 but it's not a deal breaker. Having the Samsung tv plus channels is a really good feature even if there are a lot of channels to scroll through to find what you want, it does remember the last channel you were on though so if you have a favorite you don't need to try and find it again. There are a lot of buttons on the remote and to be honest I don't think you need that many as it's easy to catch a button you don't want to hit. I actually would prefer a larger remote so the buttons are further apart. My general overall opinion is that this is a great tv. It's not expensive and you get a brilliant tv with a fantastic clear picture and the sound is also very good. It's my first Samsung TV but it certainly won't be my last.
The features are good/the product not so much
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased my tv, I was too excited. The picture quality was great, the size was perfect. However, there is a factory defect with one of the HDMI hookups. It's does not work. I can't even get the HDMI input end to go into the plug. So I'm down to only 1. Also, the sound goes in and out and the Wi-Fi goes off constantly. This was either not a good model or I was given the runt of the litter

Easy hook up, great picture!!!
Got a great deal on this TV. I love the 55” screen, but it has a few dark areas. Very good picture and sound. Very easy to hook up. We don't use cable and it streams very well. Already own two Samsung TV's, and will own another when our old TV stops working.
Was great then not working
I bought this tv the 70 inch back in 2020 it's been working well but now it won't turn on its trying to turn but it can't so you would see a little bright light but then it disappears no screen and no sound and the little red light below it is just flashing on and off.
Hi Julien, I'm sorry that your TU7000 TV will not turn on. Please know we are here to help and have a few troubleshooting tips for you to try. First, since you mentioned the red light flashing on and off, please try to power the TV on through the button below the Samsung logo. If it powers on, I recommend changing the batteries on the remote and possibly replacing the remote. Next, please try the following: 1) Unplug the TV from its power source for 30 seconds. Then try to power it on again. 2) Try a different outlet that you have confirmed works properly 3) Press the Menu button on your remote. If the Menu appears, then this confirms your TV is powered on. 4) Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device. 5) Test the HDMI cable. Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 6) Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you.
