[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV just over a month and we're very pleased. We have it in our family room where we do most of our television watching. I like the thin bezel around the screen and the thinness of the TV itself. It fits our room perfecting without over powering. The picture is so clear and crisp. Watching movies and shows in UHD 4K is so life like, we can't believe the difference. We've been watching alot of football and it feels like we're right there at the game. The sound is excellent and we don't need to increase the volume to hear full range of sound effects. The remote is a nice size and dedicated buttons for Netflix and Prime are a plus. We're enjoying the smart features and have easily added favorite apps for ourselves and the grand kids. I highly recommend this television.

Everything is great with the TV. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, the Audio will not stay in sync with the Samsung Soundbar I purchased with it. It always has to be re-calibrated depending on if you are watching Cable, a streaming App or Gaming. I always have to fiddle with the sound delay. Hope I can get a remedy for this from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has a great picture but the buttons can be frustrating. The arrows to go left or right to chose an app are very sensitive. It was also be nice to have a voice control on the remote because typing is also very difficult and time consuming. I think it is designed to be easier having the options to backspace or space every time you hit a letter but it always ends up messing me up instead. Definitely recommend a voice control they are very handy. Also don't like that it goes to the Samsung tv channels so much. I will be watching a show on Hulu or Netflix and for some reason the tv will just stop the app and go to the Samsung tv channels. It's very frustrating. Other than those few things the tv is a very good quality. Just a few minor tweaks would really help.

Definetly an imersive experience while playing games on my xbox. I was upgrading from an older samsung tv and was i blown away by the resolution. I definetly recomend this tv for its price and value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Samsung smart TV 50" to replace our Sony 32" TV. I am very impressed with the image quality and features on this TV. The color is outstanding and lifelike. The remote controller does take some time to learn and use.

we were looking at getting a 65" qled or the crystal uhd 4k television and because of the price point we went with the crystal uhd. to be honest, i cannot tell a difference in clarity and color between the two models as the crystal uhd set has just as amazing color and brightness as the more expensive qled. we are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend this to anyone. the only thing i would change is to place the ethernet port on the side with the hdmi/optical and usb ports and not have the ethernet cable sticking straight out of the back of the television where it hits the wall.

love the tv, but when samsung emailed me to solicit this review, the personalized message addressed me as ‘antonio'. there's assuredly no antonio here, and i found it rather unsettling. otherwise, it is all good. the access to all of the apps to which i subscribe is a welcome change from my old samsung, where i couldn't get hbo max or disney + or apple tv. the picture clarity is phenomenal, and the audio quality is quite good. there is nothing else i have to say about it, but i am being told the review is too short. this is the longest product review i've ever written.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally use it for gaming and streaming movies/shows. Picture is great when set to "movie" picture mode. Films look great especially animation. The best feature probably is the Bluetooth connectivity late at night I can game or watch TV with my Galaxy Buds and not bother anyone. My first 4k TV, it's perfect for my bedroom and was a pretty good deal.

uograded from a 37" insignia to this 50" samsung. much better picture quality, and it is so convenient having our apps on the tv so we dont need to cast anymore. my only trouble is that the tv does not recognize our comcast cable box, so the remote does not work as a universal remote for the cable.
