[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is amazing for a 1st time buyer. Size is great for a bigger living room wall. Color is good for a wide range of movies and tv shows. I am not 100% satisfied with the look of the darker colors. I can really see the pixels which black scenes. It makes me think I should have went with and QLED TV. In just did not want to sacrifice too much size when balancing the price, and quality. I believe over all I made a great purchase and it is an overall great product. 8.5/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always gotten great service out of Samsung products I currently own a refrigerator stove and my TV's they've always put out a great product I've always been satisfied in the manufacturer has almost always stood behind his product so I thank you for that continued on with a good product

tv constantly drops connection to my wifi network . none of my other devices have this issue. reconnecting is often problematic, having to remove and readd network. also adding apps to the home screen bar is difficult and counterintuitive. im very tech savvy so disappointed. this being my first smart tv has still not been a simple, straightforward experience. based on managing networks and trying to figure out how to pin apps on the smart apps bar i hope this television lasts a very long time because i don't want to go through this again. i thought buying a samsung smart tv would be a great way to go. now i'm not so sure, perhaps i should have tried another brand. good picture, clarity, color and sound though so overall that's the main thing. just wish it was easier to setup and manage.

a tvs job is to display a good picture. this one does that well. apps are clunky to use, in part may be due to the terrible remote, which is unresponsive half the time. spend the extra money for a roku or apple tv box if you want to stream. app for controling the tv sucks as well, but that is for a different review.

I always felt like I wasn't getting the most out of my television because I couldn't figure out how to really navigate between apps and streaming etc. however ever since I bought this new Sam TV I have found that this is not a problem. It is very easy to navigate, easy to backtrack if you make a mistake and as far as watching programs the picture is fabulous. I also like the voice activated because it makes everything so much easier. This is a great television all the way around.

It has great brightness and image quality while maintaining all of the smart features such as internet, controllability from samsung phones, and app downloading. Great purchase!

Worked well for a couple of years then the continuous rebooting started. None of the many suggestions from other similarly stricken Samsung TV owners helped. Unplugging, resetting, disconnecting devices, changing settings all failed. Very frustrating and disappointing. Had not been anticipating having to buy a new TV every few years, but the next one won't be a Samsung.

It has always been reliable, fast, and easy to use. It must also perform its own maintenance because I have never even needed to do any updates or anything to keep it running smoothly. We are happy with our purchase and I would recommend.

The app experience is fantastic, quality and sound both very good. My only desire would be for a new HDMI cord to be included for premium quality from a cable box.

this tv replaced a 8 year old samsung we were so pleased with the last one we bought another and it does not disappoint. beautiful picture , crisp clear and with great detail . it was easy to setup and get going with it and we love the samsung tv subscription that came with it. remote is easy to use as are the settings. when this one wears out will definitely buy another samsung they are just wonderful tv's....
