This is our 3rd Samsung TV, we are still watching our 50 inch Samsung Plasma TV everyday that we purchased in 2007. We went to the store to purchase another brand that had great reviews but we purchased this Samsung 43 inch because the picture quality was so much better than anything else in its price range. I would recommend Samsung TV's from our experience with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung crystal UHD 700 was the best selection for its value, size, and features. It has a wide viewing angle for an average size living and kitchen. Most features were setup out of the box, I just need to setup Wi-Fi although the internet connection sometimes hesitated which may due to its location to the router. Some standard apps were pre-installed such as YouTube, Prime Video, Netflix. You can browse the internet on this TV. Samsung also provides a Gallery to load up your pictures and use as frames TV. It has been a very useful and enjoyable TV.

If i turn the tv and sound system off and turn back on the sound matches up again. Is this a tv problem or am I going to have to purchase a new sound bar or sound system?

There are a lot of features (different picture modes, sleep timer, etc) that are really useful and I would definitely recommend this product for anyone considering it. You can get a variety of apps and the TV allows Spotify or Apple Music, which I really appreciate. I mainly use Apple Music and my old TV didn't support it. You can also control the TV from your phone, which is really cool.

With a Samsung phone and smart things, I appreciate the level of control provided by the Samsung TV experience, without having to download extra services or plug in smart TV device. The TV has ample space to download and run all of my subscription services, and smart things makes controlling the TV and switching between services much faster. My only wish is that the remote experience was closer to that of a normal TV remote because I do not use the swipe gestures. Final thought: turning off my TV from my Galaxy watch when I am ready to turn in makes this my favorite TV in my house.

i was very excited to get a new tv & usually have great luck with samsung as a brand. that was not the case this time. i tried changing every setting as far as the clarity & picture went. the quality was very subpar & was definitely noticeable to guests. when i called the appliance company i purchased from, they stated theyve had numerous returns and complaints with samsung lately. it gets a 2 star rating at least, for ease of the program & user friendly.

I have 3 of them, 2 older ones and a new 65” that I bought 2 years ago when we moved into a larger home. The new one has the same great picture that I've come to love over the last few years but its processor (?) struggles when I turn it on. It can take as long as 2-5 minutes to open whatever channel (app) I select. I do steam everything but have lightning fast fiber internet. I'm sure the internet is not the problem because the older sets work just fine. I wish I would have had the finances to buy one of your QLED series when I made my purchase, I can only imagine how great it would be to watch sports with one!

I have also streamed directly from my Galaxy phone with excellent results. The operating system "TIZEN" runs smoothly and has a self-diagnostic feature to assist if needed. This is an great TV is this price range and the warranty in my opinion is one of the best on the market.
