Super crisp HD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always loved Samsung products. Had a chance to get this tv for my early birthday gift to myself, and let me tell you it was well worth it. The graphics are just so crisp and clean. Had read some reviews about certain dark colors weren't so clear well i don't know who was watching the TV but they are wrong. I was able to see different shades of back i didn't even know that was possible. I love this television i also have it synced to new samsung s20 fe and the interaction between the two are seemless. If your a Samsung lover or just love clear crisp HD picture this is the TV for you.

Frustrating!

honestly i dont know what to think. when i bought this tv i though it waa going to be a big upgrade to my 15 year old tv. when i first took it out the box i noticed something was wrong. images looked a little pixelated. but it fixed it self in a few weeks. now the only problem i have is the colors and its so annoying. i currently have natrual mode and its ok if it were to be brighter i would love it. but its so dim than the other options. it makes almost every scene dark. ive tried to contact samsung and they dont help me at all. my older tv has better colors than this. i dont even want to watch stuff on my tv at this point because im not getting the good quality. not sure if its just this model or what. and yes i have tried changing settings!

What's not to like

The display is so vivid, sharp, and I feel the picture is so clear it looks better than real life sometimes. The functionality of this tv is one of my favorite things. It is straightforward and easy to use. I am a very satisfied and impressed Samsung customer and will continue to buy more of their products. I mean you just can't go wrong.

Refreshes slow & makes gaming difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really like this Tv other than longer than listed input lag time which is making it difficult to run FPS games. Lag time on mine is running upwards of over 12-15ms!! Also it can be a bit confusing having a 60hz panel yet the dimming frequency is at 120hz! Why!!?? Constant screen flickering when set at those parameters. Maybe my unit is defective from the get go??? It is a great just "tv" if thats how you plan to use it. Step up a bit for a better gaming tv, but I still swear by Samsung electronics Period! I am a dedicated satisfied customer! They are the best no matter what!!

My 65" samsung 4k under tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a Samsung person and they do not disappoint with their tv's. I luv my 65" and my 78" curve tv's they have beautiful pictures and can be seen wonderfully from anywhere in the room. I think the pictures on them are better then some/ most of our friends newer tv's. Never poor quality only the best with Samsung... The TV's are excellent picture weather ur using a cable box, DVD player, streaming service, Android box, computer, or casting from a tablet or phone. It doesn't matter, switch in seconds and always the p best picture... user friendly and great support of needed.. that's just how Samsung does... I LUV THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TV'S (ALL THEIR PRODUCTS) I HAVE CUSTOMIZED Sometimes a Lil higher cost is worth it for the better quality n will outlast most other tv's... thank u for ur great products n all ur hard work... I now have washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, range, my phones, tablets and comp. and TV's All are Samsung... #SAMSUNGSTRONG....

Great image, extremely slow performance

we purchased this model for our living room, its big enough to make a statement but doesn't swallow the attention of the room. packaging was well thought out and made it extremely easy to unpack without worry of damage. easy mobile set up / log in for apps as well. only downside is the performance is very slow. buttons take a long time to respond, sound continues to play after “pause” is pushed. initial loading of apps is slow. we have 2 other smart tvs (not operating at the sane time) that have had no issues with speed. otter than that, great design /price.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. Seamlessly Smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly enjoying my experience with the Samsung Smart TV that I purchased. The pictures are crystal clear, the sound is great and the graphics look amazing for my video games as well as the movies I watch. While everything is turning out to be better than advertised, the best part of my experience has been the initial setup. All I had to do was plug in the Smart TV and it did the rest of the work. In 5 minutes, everything was set and I didn't have to make any adjustments. Samsung went above and beyond on their product and I appreciate them giving me an awesome experience.

love the picture and having one remote.

new to smart tv's. the picture is great. one remote is nice, the buttons could be back lit. it is hard to use in the dark. easy to set up. i wanted to watch some of the apps i watch on my phone. i have been unable to download them. i am unsure if i cannot figure it out or if its only available on phones.

Samsung 65” tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We utilize as the main tv for streaming in our family room. The picture is very good. We use a sound bar connected thru the arc hdmi. Only issue is we cannot use our external headphones and the speakers at the same time. No external sound connection except for hdmi. All connections are either/or and not both.

Great sound and picture clarity! Poor software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is amazing and the surround sound is great ! So much better than the roku tv I had before. I play warzone and if I just use the tv's sound I can tell if the footsteps are coming from the right or left. On the Roku TV I needed to use headphones.
