In the meantime, to get rid of any excess grease, try washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo. To prevent this from happening in the future, make sure that your hair has been fully rinsed. If a shampoo, conditioner, or styling product hasn't been completely rinsed out, it can leave hair greasy. Also, there's a chance that the product isn't suitable for your hair type.
