Also while using outside, the feature that adjusts the light level is super helpful for changing light conditions. The port for adding an SD card is so essential for adding extra storage capacity. Makes my tablet equal to laptop in capacity and functionality. And being lightweight and with a battery capacity to last several hours it will serve you well all day long. The only things I experienced issues with could have really just been a service issue. I had trouble sending and receiving text messages. It had since been resolved. It performs video playback very nicely and takes great pictures. We have several work apps we have to use and they work very good on this tablet. Overall we are very satisfied with this tablet.

It gets used for news, kindle, banking, running household items, media, movies mail and more ( sky panel, bhyve irrigation, garage door) For whatever reasons it is difficult to save to an external SD card. It gets saved and then disappears. (This is my 2nd samsung tablet)

I was able to download apps like ABC mouse so this kid learns and is not just surfing YouTube. I recommend this model to any other parent's or if you need an alternative to a laptop. I am a technology student and use my tablet to take notes in class. One of the many things I love about my tablet is how functional it is. The design of it is lightweight and compact making it easy to carry with me to class in my bag. This, along with the software/OS, is very clean and user friendly. I have everything right at my fingertips which makes it great for studying. I have some of the features available that I have on my S20 Ultra such as messaging and phone calls. I love the fact that I can transfer my notes to my phone using the Samsung Flow app. I also like the customization features, for example, that I can organize apps all in one place such as the ones I need to do my schoolwork, this makes things so much easier! I don't have many complaints and would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a simplistic device for schoolwork or even just to browse the web. I am a faithful Samsung user and am proud to say that I will continue to buy more of your products in the future!
