I am slowly replacing my laptop with this tablet, even bought a wireless keyboard to type with for it. My only negative thoughts on it isn't samsungs fault, that's why I maintain a 5 star rating for it, it will not let me download and play diablo immortal. From what I've read it effects all of the galaxy A8s that have tried. Specifications say it should work. Even after 6 months still a no go. Boo blizzard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my Tab a8. I just really wish I could use s-pen with it. I have the newer model that doesn't accept it. I use it to draw and make SVGs with, but ha e to use a universal stylus pencil. It's ok but sometimes have a little lag. I know with s-pen it would be flawless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Samsung Galaxy tablet s6 great tablet I wanted to get another one for when I travel so I saw the A8 tablet so I bought it huge mistake from day one I don't know if it because it was the A8 series I got help with it but it didn't change they told me to just wait a little while to see if it change next I knew warranty had expired so I was stuck with it I will never buy any A series phones or tablet. I gave the tablet to my niece.

I use it to browse the internet, check e-mail, take photos and post them online, store multiple photo albums, access social media, read juicy novels, listen to music, keep my calendar and contacts handy, shop in my jammies, do my banking while watching tv, and carry centuries of family geneaology and my extensive recipe collection right in my purse. I no longer have to lug a laptop and a heavy bag of books to tutoring sessions, and my students are motivated by the interactive activities and colorful math games. I love my Samsung Galaxy phone, too, but my tablet's larger size makes following a recipe or reading a book a much easier experience. I love it and take it everywhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this tablet as soon as it released. Being a Samsung enthusiast, I had high hopes and was really excited! This tablet definitely didn't disappoint! I haven't had a tablet for years now as I wanted to wait for Android to really catch up with productivity and the true usefulness of having a tablet vs phone/computer. I've been really impressed with what this tablet can handle so far! I mainly use it for work and keeping all of my notes/apps up and going. The multitasking has been amazing to jump back and forth between. The only thing I wish was that the S-Pen was more secure with how it docks to the tablet. I was able to overcome this with the keyboard case and storing the pen inside the case while I'm traveling, and then connecting it to the back while I have it charging at night. The battery on this has also been pretty great so far and is able to get me through a day with some pretty heavy use!

News, church, and conduct research on various things. I have used it for interviews. I have used it for finding receipes and cooking. Basically I use it for everything. The feature I love most is the bright screen and typing pad to use like a computer when needed. It's a great tablet. I use it more than I thought I would.
