[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the 4th time I've ever purchased a Samsung tablet. The first time was yrs ago for myself. I used it for years throughout college and the beginning of parenthood. I've used the tablets for my kids and I think of all the other brands I've tried for them, the Samsung is the most kid friendly, kid focused and kid protected tablet. I love that I can use the Kids feature without having to pay extra fees. I love that I can customize it and password protect it so it's fitted to my kids' needs. And I love that you can create more than one profile. I will always be a Samsung product user. Our cell phones are also Samsung Galaxy phones.

For starters, this device is extremely thin and super light weight. I couldn’t believe it was this thin! It’s very easy to set up. The screen is very large and the colors are bright and vibrant. I use it mainly to stream television and to play games on and it is perfect for those things. The picture when watching my shows is beautiful. I haven’t looked into getting a case or protector for it yet but I would recommend one if you are accident prone or if you will be letting a child use it. Since it is so thin I would be afraid it would break easily if dropped. Other than that it is great. Highly recommend!!!

Stuttering when loading apps is common, which can be frustrating since competitors can provide a seamless experience.

I ordered one with a little more memory and drive space just to make sure all of my apps would work well. I use it for spreadsheets, mail, streaming shows, and browsing. I can text and use it as a phone since it's connected to my galaxy phone. I like having the Galaxy eco system because my buds2 work seamlessly with it wighout needing to manually switch.

It's a very well built tablet and at a good price range. I chose this tablet because I always buy Samsung phones and trust the company. So far its been very reliable and I've had no issues with it. The only downside I've found is that it takes awhile to start up.
