I liked this video doorbell as a replacement to my previous Ring doorbell, but we could never get it to sync to our internet. After I returned it, I contacted my internet provider and learned that I needed to call them to “switch” my service to 2.4G for a short period to make it happen. I may have to purchase it again if I don't find a comparable doorbell.

Wasn't What I Was Hoping For

I purchased the Arlo Wire-Free Video Doorbell because it was being offered at such a big discount. After receiving it however, I was disappointed in the device. First, it was 2-3 times larger than I was expecting so it would look awkward at my front door. Second, the setup was difficult to understand and confusing. Finally, I had a hard time finding the correct app in the Play Store as none of the Arlo apps matched the picture in the instructions. So I ended up returning it and getting a refund.

Not worth the trouble

I could never get the device to connect with my phone. I read all the tutorials provided relating to this issue. Tried online chat I was disconnected as I was trying to answer questions relating to tje issue. They provide NO phone support. So after hours after hours of trying to resolve the issue I sent it back. I do not want to deal with any business that does not want to take the time give you the proper support you deserve.

Lack of instructions on paper along w the product

Very dissapointed with this product. Not enough instructions to set up the product. I spent a lot of time on internet looking for answers. There was no way to connect the device to my wi-fi network even after consulting the arlo's tutorials on-line. I gave up and returned the product.
