Recently lost drain plug and seat clip and Justin from customer service was very helpful and sent me the missing parts free of charge. Good boat, great company.

I like that it has good quality side handles and Bow and Stearn handles also. Paddle holder included. Paddle is very nice also. Excellent value for my money. One of my neighbor friends is going to buy one also.

You can make it whatever you want it to be for a fraction of the cost of others. And a company that stands by their product and makes them in America as well!

Bought this Kayak for my Son. He will enjoy it for fishing, on our local lakes. But after opening it up; I found that the adjustable rod holder was missing. I emailed Lifetime about the missing rod holder. That day they had a rod holder in the mail. Great customer service

Had the need contact Customer Service for assistance, they were responsive and very helpful. I broke a part completely my fault and they replaced it no questions asked.... Thank you Lifetime Service. You folks ever design a pedal Kayak and need a tester I am in!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Kayak about 9 years ago and although I haven't used it for a few years, it doesn't disappoint. Very sturdy and great for small lakes. Have used it fishing, since that's what it is intended for, but mostly just for cruising and enjoying the scenery. It is a bit heavier kayak, but that's what also makes it more sturdy. Easily holds someone who is 225lbs with no problems at all. Customer service has been great. I lost one of the hatch covers and looked for a replacement online, but couldn't find one that size. Contacted Lifetime and they are able to ship one out to me... super easy and quick. Even after being in outside storage for 3 years, a little bit of cleaning and it's as good as new. Can't wait to get it back in the water.

This seems to be a great kayak! Lots of storage, strap cords and handles seem higher quality, paddle is nice. Mine came without the rod holder that was suppose to he included, one email is all it took to get one sent to me with tracking info. Seems like a great company as well. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Tamarack 90508 online about 2 months ago as a birthday present to myself. I had no idea why there are holes in the kayak. I was informed they are scupper holes for drainage. I could not find any plugs made by Lifetime for the holes and Terry from customer service helped me find the correct ones. He answered my email in a timely manner and then responded very quickly after I emailed again. This is how customer service SHOULD be handled. A caring person on the other side showed me what type of company he represents!
