I like way track. Lots storage for poles. Small cooler for water fit nice on back. Best part just hang out on water with my 26 yr old son. For some father son time fishing.

Did have to order drip guards separately for the paddle but no big deal. I am very pleased. This is my first sit on which at my age makes entrance and exit much easier

Had the need contact Customer Service for assistance, they were responsive and very helpful. I broke a part completely my fault and they replaced it no questions asked.... Thank you Lifetime Service. You folks ever design a pedal Kayak and need a tester I am in!!!

During last voyage she encountered “operator error” and somehow lost the seat fasteners. I called Lifetime and they were very helpful… sent us a new strap with the fasteners. Before I bought the kayaks I checked reviews and everyone commented how great the service was… in getting replacement parts. They were right! And we love our kayaks!

I finally reached out to Lifetime to determine the course of how to order the part. I sent an email and received a timely reply asking a few quick questions. My part was ordered and shipped immediately. I have received the cover in a very short time. While I know that they can't be responsible for any delays in shipping, it was evident that they sent it out right away. I am completely blown away by the customer service experience. I thrive on this in a world where customer service seems to be lacking with so many companies. As for the product, I have had no other issues. I love the durability of our kayaks and feel secure when we use them. A little on the heavy side, but they hold and balance well. I would definitely consider other products with this company first when I make purchases. Thank you so much for the great service!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired a Lifetime Tamarack Angler 100 Fishing Kayak from my Son-in-Law as he bought it last year and used it minimal times and just wanted to get rid of it. When I got the Kayak the only thing missing is the Rod Holder, so I sent Lifetime and email in an attempt to get a replacement one. Lifetime was extremely responsive and has mailed a new Rod Holder for free. Excellent Customer Service. Now waiting on my Life Jacket to arrive and will try this out for my first time kayaking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my green Tamarack for several years now and it has been a great kayak for the price. Recently lost drain plug and seat clip and Justin from customer service was very helpful and sent me the missing parts free of charge. Good boat, great company.

First of all, the weight is a definite positive when I heft it up on top of a vehicle (can't do it alone). I loved the ability to shift my foot position without having to adjust a mechanism since I change my foot position depending on what I'm doing. I wish I would have thought about the direction the kayaks were facing when I put them on the rack. With the wind, the back of the seat kicked up and popped the buckle. I had to order a new part. When I called, the rep was extremely helpful and took care of ordering it quickly. I've seen reviews that the seat was not comfortable. I thought it was good especially for the price. I'm 6'1" and felt very comfortable. Stability was very good even when water-skiers with good sized boats went by in fairly close quarters. I also saw some complaints on the paddle. I think it is a good paddle included in the price of the kayak.
