I had a plastic strap adjuster break on my kayak and immediately the next working day they contacted me about getting the plastic piece replaced. Fantastic response time and it is fantastic that these parts can be replaced, unlike other product manufacturers. They got this piece shipped the very same day.

It is so confortable to sit in, very stable (I can sit sidesaddle to reach something in the back without any problem). It may not be a fast kayak, but it tracks very good when you paddle. And the plastic back support makes a world of difference! Also, Lifetime Customer Service is AMAZING if you ever have any question they WILL help you!

I purchased my kayak from a private party used. When purchased the kayak was missing a hatch cover. In transport I broke the plug that holds the handle. I called customer service and ordered the hatch and plug the service representative Was extremely helpful and just found the parts and sent them to me at no cost. I was extremely happy.

Purchased Lifetime Tamarack Angler, great kayak, good stability. Pleased with product. Even more happy with Lifetime as a company as a part on the kayak broke recently and I reached out to them. When I got it, the shipper had lost the certificate and rod holder. When I called Lifetime, Skyler in cust service thanked me and made sure I got both items.

I discovered the 2020 model of the Lifetime Tamarack came with a bucket for the front hatch which would be a great addition to my 2019 model. I contacted the lifetime customer service site and the rep was extremely helpful in getting one sent to me...at no cost.

They track well and are very stable and being sit on top models they are easy to get on and off of. As far as their customer service Dany, the rep that I worked with, was very responsive and got the items I needed shipped promptly. If you're looking for a good and reasonably priced kayak buy Lifetime.

First of all, the weight is a definite positive when I heft it up on top of a vehicle (can't do it alone). I loved the ability to shift my foot position without having to adjust a mechanism since I change my foot position depending on what I'm doing. I wish I would have thought about the direction the kayaks were facing when I put them on the rack. With the wind, the back of the seat kicked up and popped the buckle. I had to order a new part. When I called, the rep was extremely helpful and took care of ordering it quickly. I've seen reviews that the seat was not comfortable. I thought it was good especially for the price. I'm 6'1" and felt very comfortable. Stability was very good even when water-skiers with good sized boats went by in fairly close quarters. I also saw some complaints on the paddle. I think it is a good paddle included in the price of the kayak.

The stability of this kayak is perfect for fishing, even in rough weather. I even take a portable fish finder with me knowing that I won't roll over. I can get anywhere on a lake to find where the fish are holding. Even at an age nearing retirement, I can load and unload this boat from the top of my SUV. No trailer needed! I love this boat.
