This is an excellent entry level fishing kayak. It has everything you need to get on the water and catch fish. More importantly the customer service team exceeded all my expectations. My kayak was not equipped with the internal hatch bucket that is now included in newer models. Contacted the customer service team to inquire about purchasing the item. Without hesitation my customer service rep (Richard) stated he would send out the requested item without charge. That was more than generous and not expected. Five Star Rating for customer service.

Bought this Kayak for my Son. He will enjoy it for fishing, on our local lakes. But after opening it up; I found that the adjustable rod holder was missing. I emailed Lifetime about the missing rod holder. That day they had a rod holder in the mail. Great customer service

Plans are to paddle about 1/2 hour to my fishing hole, catch the big ones and paddle a half hour back. Seems to be the perfect rig. Yes, I will have a line in the water with a crawler to & from my hot spot.

We had a couple parts break. Since I could not find online, I called support. I was so happy to be able to get the parts. To my surprise, Customer Support Agent said no charge. Great job sorting your products. Very happy customer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired a Lifetime Tamarack Angler 100 Fishing Kayak from my Son-in-Law as he bought it last year and used it minimal times and just wanted to get rid of it. When I got the Kayak the only thing missing is the Rod Holder, so I sent Lifetime and email in an attempt to get a replacement one. Lifetime was extremely responsive and has mailed a new Rod Holder for free. Excellent Customer Service. Now waiting on my Life Jacket to arrive and will try this out for my first time kayaking.
