I finally reached out to Lifetime to determine the course of how to order the part. I sent an email and received a timely reply asking a few quick questions. My part was ordered and shipped immediately. I have received the cover in a very short time. While I know that they can't be responsible for any delays in shipping, it was evident that they sent it out right away. I am completely blown away by the customer service experience. I thrive on this in a world where customer service seems to be lacking with so many companies. As for the product, I have had no other issues. I love the durability of our kayaks and feel secure when we use them. A little on the heavy side, but they hold and balance well. I would definitely consider other products with this company first when I make purchases. Thank you so much for the great service!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this kayak in late summer last year. After having it out in various ponds lakes and rivers I must say, this is A solid "sit-on" kayak! Its features are utilitarian and very well placed and functional. (I have another identical LIFETIME kayak that I ended up adding all of the same fishing pole features to...) Also, I feel it's relevant to mention, both times I have called Lifetime for parts (crushed stern carry handle & scupper plugs) they have immediately sent me the products free of charge!

My wife kayak tamarack straps for seat kept slipping loose and eventually lost one of the buckles. Called to get a few replacement buckels and ended up with a whole new replacement seat for the wife thanks to Mr Triton. I inquired about availability of support seats for my grandkids Recruit kayaks and surprisingly again Mr Triton arranged to have two sent to me for both recruit kayaks.

During last voyage she encountered “operator error” and somehow lost the seat fasteners. I called Lifetime and they were very helpful… sent us a new strap with the fasteners. Before I bought the kayaks I checked reviews and everyone commented how great the service was… in getting replacement parts. They were right! And we love our kayaks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this boat approximately a year and a half. I have been the ocean, rivers, lakes, and channels. The only time I've had an issue with the boat was when the swells were over 2 feet and when the winds were in excess of 15 mph.

Very happy with the Kayaks we own. Have since moved to Queenstown and so pleased the company was able to send a replacement cap when we lost it. Very impressed with the service. Love the balance and the natural colour, it make you feel one with nature.
