[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Gillette Venus for Pubic Hair and Skin Razor! I have always used a regular razor to trim my pubic hair. Seemed to work well enough, so I never considered owning a razor that was specifically designed for trimming the hair down there. The Patented Irritation Defense Bar in the blade cartridge is designed to protect my skin when trimming my pubic hair and it truly does seem to make a difference! This razor also features a Precision Trimmer that easily navigates around the tricky areas. I especially love the Handle! It is easy to hold and fits nicely in my hand. The end portion of the handle is smooth plastic. The section between the smooth portion & the metal that the blade attaches to is coated with silicone. The top of the silicone portion is smooth, while the underside is textured to allow for a sturdy grip. Replacing the blade is very simple. Gillette offers a push button release to remove the old blade. The new blade snaps on with little effort. The blades are very sharp. I was able to shave several times before I needed to replace it. This Gillette Venus Razor for Pubic Hair & Skin is something that I never thought I needed until I put it to use! I will never shave down there with a regular razor again!

The only thing I think could improve this razor would be if the handle were a tad bit longer and had a little more curve to it. It's easy enough to handle and glides across the skin easily.

It has a precision trimmer on the back of the blades to help with tricky areas. It doesnot give irritation, and maintain your pubic hair & skin. AThe rubber grip on handle is very nice and it feels very secure in hand. There is no fear of any skin damage or cut. It gives a very close and smooth shave. It didnot give any after shave bumps or ingrown hair. The trimmer has very sharp precision blade for the most comfortable and smooth shave.

Whether it be disposable or replacement cartridges for razors they are overly expensive and hard at times for me to justify spending money I don't have on replacing my razors as often as I should be. That being said I was extremely anxious to see how well they worked. I have extremely sensitive skin and easily get quite a few nicks almost every time I shave my legs especially. So knowing that in myself I always proceed with caution and try not to rush myself when shaving. The Gillette Venus left my legs as smooth as possible and gave me a well up close clean shave as any well quality razor can or could. I didn't have any issues whatsoever after using the Gillette Venus razor with any type of irritation to my skin at any time. Left my legs feeling very smooth and lasted atleast one to two extra days than other razors I've been using in the last two years or so. As always the Gillette brand didn't disappoint me whatsoever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if you are looking for a razor that makes it easier to get in some nooks and dips while not irritating or “pulling” your hair down below this is an EXCELLENT choice......this is the only razor I've ever owned that didn't cause any discomfort, nicks, irritation, bumps, etc etc. Normally I dread shaving that area because it's not comfortable (I shave about every other day), but this razor has been a game changer for me.

Gave me a smooth, close shave and didn't nick me once. Feels good to hold in the hand ergonomically.
