[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our Charmin ultra soft. It was so snuggly soft my 1 year old cuddled with it. My four year old approves it as well. With a family of 5 I love that the rolls are huge it means less work for me. I would definitely buy this over the cheaper brands because when it comes to that area, my family deserves the best. And actually if you buy the bargain brand you will use twice as much. So give Charmin a tey, all your butts will thank you.

I've used plenty of different brands before and Charmin Ultra Soft is definitely the best. So soft, wiping never hurts! Strong enough that the tissue doesn't rip. Definitely worth it if you don't have a habit of pulling out +5 sheets to wipe for everything.

Two days after receiving my kit, I came down with a pretty bad case of the flue----with all the "TRIMMINGS" BUTT I got through a lot more comfortably wwith more than a little help from Charmin Ultra Soft. When put to the test, this product was not only strong enough for the task, but gentle enough to be very soft and comfortable. The flue left me a little BEHIND on posting my review, but from the BOTTOM of my heart I can tell you this product does exactly as the adveertising states.Economical, in that you can use less, but get better results than any competitor. It is both strong and holds up under the worst flue conditions, but is so gentle on the skin. Charmin Ultra Soft, I sure do like the way you ROLL. Thanks for including me in this campaign.

Charmin Ultra Soft and its predecessors have been the tissue of choice in my home for over 30 years. Last month, I purchased a new pack of mega-rolls and found that the rolls have been cut more narrowly in an apparent cost-saving measure. Although it's still soft, my luxurious Charmin now looks and handles like the abysmal, useless dirt-cheap narrow tissue found in truck stops and airports. Please hike the price five cents and keep selling the luxurious product that Charmin has always been. Please keep the product worthy of the brand you've built. Thanks for listening.

Over the last few months there have been numerous complaints of bad batches and I received one of them. According to the “CharminTeam” this was due to a change in the embossing process that may make the texture feel thinner or coarse. However, you feel it is the same quality when it is clearly not. Why change a good thing? It feels both thin and coarse now compared to before. We will not purchase any new products until you correct this issue. It doesn’t feel the same no matter what you say. Your QA dropped the ball as real customers can clearly tell the difference in quality. It feels like you cheaped out while elevating the cost.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this infant sized toilet paper! No warning on label that size was significantly reduced. 3/8" narrower makes more negative difference than you'd expect. Roll flops around on the holder and small size doesn't cover cleaning area adequately (watch your hands!) Returning to store for refund and switching brands. Will not buy Charmin again unless the larger size is brought back.

The Rolls are much larger (but they still fit nicely in your TP holder just fine) making them last for many more days than any of the current rolls out there. The roll is very tightly wound while maintaining the super soft toilet paper you expect from the Charmin products. The larger roll saves me from having to replace the paper so often. I also love that you don't sacrifice softness and also want to note that it doesn't leave trace paper particles behind on your behind.

Sometimes, we would also switch for a little bit to another brand, but Charmin is the most loved one at my house. And Charmin soft is even nicer than regular Charmin. It is soft without tearing, thin without breaking through, and lasts very long. It is up to value and save us in long term.

I must say that this toilet paper is a staple at our house and the one we use most often. I love how soft it is, but not bulky. It's very important to me to have a soft toilet paper because it's used on our most sensitive areas. I also appreciate that you only need a few squares to get the job done which means it lasts longer too! Definitely worth every penny!

We have been using our free roll of Charmin Ultra Soft, and are glad to say that your claims are true: "Ultra Soft", Strong and you "Use 4X Less" and "Do Not Change The Roll As Often". The Mega Roll fits on the tissue rack just fine - "Roll Fit Guarantee". The package says "Clog Safe and Septic Safe". This is my only one claim I cannot judge, since I won't be cleaning out my septic for awhile. The strength and softness does make for a thicker sheet, which might add to a fuller septic. However, since you use less, it may be just fine. I will keep a limit on usage due to possible septic issues. Thanks Charmin for the sample! From a satisfied soft feeling tush!
