Spoilage Concerns

I have repeatedly recieved bags of potatoes with mostly spoiled potatoes (mushy, oozing, foul odor, etc). Each time I attempt to oder these, most of the bag is spoiled.

Not what they used to be at a much higher price

The last 2 times I bought these potatoes have been horrible. I believe they grow eyes on them as I am driving home. All that plus they have raised the price by 3+ dollars over the last 1-2 months. Absolutely terrible.
