The conditioner absorbs well into my hair without feeling heavy or greasy.

The shampoo lathers very nicely and rinses well. I've noticed my scalp isn't dry and has no build up, and there is definitely a difference with frizz. Totally recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the nostalgia this scent carries for me! I haven't used Herbal Essences in years, but it immediately took me back, in a positive way. I love the smell! I have thick hair that tends to get frizzy pretty easily (rain, humidity, drying with a hair dryer), so I was excited for a smoother look, as this product describes. I wish I could say that was what I got, but it wasn't. My pictures might appear as though it did, but the pink shirt photo is actually the before, where my hair was a few days unwashed, then the photo with the black shirt is after washing, mostly letting air dry, then straightening my hair. While I appreciated how clean my hair felt, my hair seemed even frizzier than normal, despite using the conditioner, paired with the accompanying shampoo, as directed. I will still use this product, but I don't think it will replace my go to.

The texture Is like a thick kind of mask type of consistency , but it is so buttery smooth and blends in your hair and just makes it so smooth and like healthy and tangle free immediately. it does not cause any irritation whatsoever because I have sensitive scalp and it just makes my hair and scalp feels so healthy and clean and smelling like fresh roses. It does give your hair volume, which I love and this is my hair after I use the conditioner and blow dried my hair. It makes it look so smooth and frizz, free and it has vitamin E & jojoba extract!
