However, I was disappointed that these guards work as well as the previous one, and did not see any difference in them.

I can now be very confident that if I go out somewhere and a have a little leaking going on that it wont be any issue. The guard is super absorbent and easy to place in my underwear. I highly recommend this to any guy that might have a little bladder control issue going on or leaking.

It is easier to go to the bathroom without them since you basically have to take down your pants with this in place. But the benefits of not wetting yourself and the increase in confidence that everything is contained overweighs this small inconvenience. My husband tested these and he recommends these Depends guards for bladder protection.
