After my prostatectomy I wanted to wear my boxers so I bought a baseball supporter with no cup and I put the guard to it and it forms just like it was in briefs and I have no leaks it hugs my body just right I have tried off brands the depend are the best the others I had leaks they can't take a surge. I've been using them since March 2011

There is a somewhat sticky side to the pads so they don’t move around in your undies. It could stand to be stickier, as it didn’t feel very secure in there. It took some adjustments to get the placement just right, too. They seem to be adequately absorbent, and the inside wall felt dry after using it. But the liquid seems to have sunk down to the bottom of the pad, accumulating there. Not very pleasant. But is it better than the alternative (no pad)? I would say so. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was also worried that it may look bulky in my pants like a cup, but its very discreet and unnoticeable. It also absorbs very well and is great on the odor control! These definitely serve their purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The package explains boxer briefs are okay as well as regular briefs. Do NOT use these with boxer briefs! Tapes are very weak resulting in shifting when you walk or get up from sitting. As a result there is leakage. The product also doesn't keep up with flow or have large enough panels to catch flow it cannot keep up with. It does not do well with rapid absorbtion.
