I had a little more than moderate leakage after my radical prostatectomy surgery 2 years ago and had to use the Depend Guards for about a year. The guards were very comfortable and the absorption rate was terrific, I never had a accident outside of the pad. After a year I was able to downsize to the Depends Shields and I found that the shields had equal quality and absorption value as the Guards. Depends has a great product that work best for me.

There is nothing I can do about it. These pads let me relax and I dont feel like everyone is looking at me and thinking I'm wearing a pad because their not bulky. The only drawback I found to them is that if your not wearing tighty whiteys, it's hard to find something to stick the rear of the pad to. Other than that I am happy!!

The are comfortable but on bulky side and do a good job of keeping odors in.like I said before they are bulky but fit diaper and would fit underwear as well.
