I wouldn't have put much thought into it until I was experiencing it. I like how there's lines on it that show you which direction to put it. I found that super helpful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have some leakage from time-to-time...and these are great at absorbing, however, they are a little bulky. They do fit well and stay put, but also it was obvious that I had something in my undies. Overall, great product, though.

I use men's guard max absorbency 52 in a package. Since I have been using them I feel much more comfortable when I am in public they are comfortable and easy to change in a public restroom. I am probably like most men and never ever thought I would have to rely on shields or guards for men but I do and I am glad Depends are there for me. Thank You Depends

Like the Depends Shields the coverage area is less than what I feel comfortable with. I have days where something like the shields will do but at times I require more protection like the Guards. On bad days I use feminine overnight pads instead of Guards, not a comfortable fit but gives me confidence that I will not leak passed the pad as it covers much more area. This product is supposed to let you forget about our leakage issue and go about our daily routine. This product gets me about 3/4 of the way there. I have had leakage beyond the pad on more than one occasion with the Guards, luckily I work close to home so I was able to go home to change. This product needs to be wider and longer by 3 or 4 inches. Not to be all negative, the product works as advertised. Even with the coverage issue this product is very useful.

Although they are for men they are the perfect size for her as she has a larger bottom. She was very happy to try them out and they do work great for her.

Since my surgery, I have had to deal with incontinence due to the surgery. Honestly, I was upset that I had to wear something to help me with accidental leakage, but these Depend Guards for men are less intrusive than I thought they would be. I go out as I normally do without any worry of accidents with leakage. I would recommend them highly to anyone that has gone through the same situation that I have.
