I wore it for a short period of time but was not feeling that comfortable maybe the feeling that I have a pad. It fits well, but can’t stop thinking about it. Overall maybe something that is useful in occasions.

It doesn't hold a lot of fluids so there would be leakages & wetting clothes. We tried several times and it was nearly impossible not to have spillage. So so this product I'm going to say it's bad. Or maybe for someone with limited intake on fluids.

Drinking extra water produces extra volume and greater frequency, so Depend Guards let me get around and do something away from the bathroom. 2) When I walk the dogs, I don't have to look for a tree for me. I am new to this area -- I had prostate surgery that has caused me to drip, sometimes a great amount. I find the Guards to be slightly better than most pads, but like all mens pads they have one serious problem: they appear to be based on those for women! I am about 4 inches long in the reduced state, so when I move it goes well beyond the edges of the pad, resulting in my pants getting wet. Depends needs to make the pad wider like those in their underwear.

These pad give you 25 times of order protection and also for keeping it dry. You get a big pack so they will last for a while. These are super soft as well so no irritation. The odor protection is great but can be a bit better.

They were easy to apply to the underwear and stuck very well, it didn’t move around throughout the day. They do okay with keeping the smell down but it can start to smell if you don’t throw them out quickly. It is really good value for the size of the package.

I recently had a prostatectomy and have been using the Depend Guards for Men for 3 1/2 months. Rather then just using them in my briefs I decided to use an athletic supporter and have found that provides more protection from leakage. I then use my briefs over the supporter. It puts the Guards next to my body, which helps with any excessive leakage, and is especially helpful when I go to bed at night. I have noticed that the additional pressure, the supporter provides, gives just enough pressure, to help maintain bladder control. I continue to do Kegel excercises which is necessary for improving bladder control. Although this idea may not help everyone it has definately given me more confidence in controlling leakage. I have not tried the thinner Shields for Men but would think the same thing, I do now with the supporter, will definately be helpful.

So let's start with the fact that they are not breathable and everything sweats and sweats a lot. In the heat, wearing them is completely unbearable. They comfortably, absorb well, but limitedly, after sitting for a long time they can leak and leak. Enough for an hour or three nights. They stick to the underwear very well, do not move or fall off.
