He has been struggling with incontinency following a surgery, but this product helped him get back to his normal life. It doesn't leak even when sitting with the pad on, let alone when walking or during daily activities. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs it. These pads only work with underwear that does not have legs. The kind of underwear that a trim swimsuit would have. This is no described or pictured until you open the package, open the packing around the pad, and then see an X through the picture of underwear with legs.
