when i first started using them about 18 months ago they seemed to be adequate and kind of did the job.I noticed around late 8/2020 that the design had been changed somewhat radically. they were narrower and shorter and can prove this because i had some in my glove box i bought last spring.they have also changed the padding material. they are now totally inadequate as a garment protector.I can't tell you how many times i've been embarassed going into a Dr's or a grocery store. i have also tried wearing their brefifs w/ them.but alas the briefs always end up soaked on the sides w/ the same result of my outer garments wet also. AAAAA very dissatified GOOD BY DEPENDS IT SEEMS I CAN'T DEPEND ON YOU ANYMORE

(I have at times heavy leakage) so I doubt these wouldn't work for anyone. No leaks what-so-ever. They kept the odor completely away too. I never smelled a bad odor at any time. They fit great. They are very comfortable, very intuitive to use for a couple reasons. They show you by the ink placed on every guard which direction it should be placed, it also shows that boxers won't work, I thought that was nice. And what type works best. Over all I'm very pleased with how these work, I have no complaints. I highly recommend

They absorb a lot and last a while which really helps with the smells and rashes on skin. They do emit a small smell if don't change too often but other than that they are exceptional.

I use them for an elderly relative and these give him more confidence. They absorb well and keeps things dry. They fit good and are comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

It helps to have these so he can make it to the bathroom slowly and not have to feel rushed. Also for night time sleeping. They are thick and very durable.
