I feel like most companies are focused on women and forget that men have these issues as well. These are very comfortable and super absorbent. Can be worn discretely which is essential! These protective guards come in a green mesh cloth to safeguard the pad from becoming dirty. It has 6 adhesive skinny lines running from top to bottom so the product will stay in place. The instructions indicate that these are to be worn with brief-type underwear and NOT boxer briefs. For sizing purposes, it looks like an upside down bowling pin where the skinny part fits between your legs and the bulbous part covers the groin to the bellybutton area. It is extremely wide at the top, too wide in my opinion, but it’s to fit men who “go left or go right” depending on preference. The edges have a curved pleating similar to baby diapers that fit around the thighs so they leak less. They absorb fairly well but they are far too bulky to be practical. The plastic backing also makes a crinkly noise which is quite embarrassing. I would buy these if they came in a more streamlined version.

Not only did he say they were super uncomfortable (think large pad made for women on their cycle), he also said it didn’t stay in place and that they didn’t hold any urine, making them uncomfortable and useless. I think there is a real need for these type of products for older boys and men with occasional bed wetting/bladder issues however this not a solution- back to the drawing boards!
